LV Nails

This place has become a joke. After six years of my family and I being loyal customers, I can safely say I will never return. I visited for a mani-pedi and eyebrow wax, and the quality was appalling. My pedicure was poorly done; my nails weren’t trimmed, ingrowns weren't addressed, and the edges were left so sharp they were poking my skin. I had also grown my brows out for two months for an important event, yet the "waxing" made no visible difference even after I asked for corrections. I had to come home, file edges and do my own brows after paying someone for nothing. Most concerningly, my 16-year-old daughter received a pedicure at the same time. A few days later, she woke up with a fever and severe pain. Her doctor discovered a neglected ingrown nail that had caused a serious infection, requiring half the nail to be surgically removed. It is upsetting to see how much this shop has declined. They are charging high prices for inexperienced staff and subpar work. I truly loved the previous technicians like Amy and Tina, but the current management and/or owner needs to take immediate action. This level of negligence is unjustifiable.

I went on a Friday afternoon and took. Y mom on a late mothers day gift. My invoice is bot popping up but i soent over $255.00. U showed a picture of what i wanted and they did not do it. They went with an off white tip instead. My toes were not done correctly either. I just wanted a little extra acrylic on my toe but the communication issues were present even with a picture 😒. I had not gotten my toes or nails done in months and this is the place i chose. I should have known better. My nails were not filed in the back and driving me crazy with all this extra stuff and can’t wait until they fall off. I hate my toes and how the lady did not let me choose the color i wanted. The ladies who did my nails and my toes and my moms were click on a timer and a lady would walke by checking on everyone and then the nail tech then hurried up filing my nails cutting me. I did not enjoy anything. Please don’t waste your money here. I hate my toes too.

I love their service and the hospitality with the lady that was doing my pedicure, Winnie, offering me water. I love how my nails turn out after not getting them done in awhile. But, other than that I love how my nails turned out and I love a pastel blue on my toes instead of a darker color or nude. and everyone here is very nice, understanding, and friendly and even asking me if I wanted to have my nails the same length with no rush or urgency, other than that, This is my go-to spot to do my nails. 😊💅🏼

They were super attentive loved their work left my nails smooth and pretty first time going there, but most definitely will be back! Yes I got a simple set but it was still long only …

Lily did a wonderful job. It was a little hot for me in the nail shop but she popped out a fan for me! I love my nails!
