Experiences with diagnostics can vary: a reviewer said the team was unable to identify their particular problem after keeping the car over a weekend. That feedback is a reminder that some vehicle issues are difficult to pinpoint, and customers may want to ask about the diagnostic process and next steps when arranging service.
