I’ve worked with Christine MacMillan Travel Design twice now to plan unforgettable trips to Italy, once in 2023 and again in 2025, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Christine was well organized and prompt in all her replies to our questions. She sorted through the airline options, to find us the best flight, and found great hotels. When our departure flight from SFO was abruptly cancelled, she took care of everything, finding us another flight, contacting the hotel, and re-scheduling the pick up service at our destination. When the second flight also fell through, she repeated the entire process, and made it look effortless. For those who think they can grab a computer and plan it all on their own, let me say I've been there, too. But life can get busy and it's the peace of mind, knowing someone is behind the scenes taking care of all the detailed logistics, reservations, itinerary, timeline, etc. and wrapping it all up neatly in an easy app for you to refer to when you're out town. I loved working with Christine and I will do it again because at the end of the day, vacations are meant to be relaxing and not overwhelming, thinking about whether or not you covered all the details on your own.
