Jenny is the best....definitely worth the money. She made the pain go away in my neck and shoulders. Jenny is no doctor but made me very comfortable.
Best massage I have ever had, Jenny know how to get all the pain and discomfort out of my lower back.Used Thai massage techniques and really stretched me out Felt very relaxed and refreshed.Will most definitely be back soon!
Poorly run establishment. After arriving I am approved for an hour massage and promptly pay and get escorted to a room. After waiting 15 minutes without any notice of issues my masseuse begins our session. Within a moment I'm told an hour massage is not available only 30 minutes due to an appointment coming in soon. Thru reluctance I approve of my now reduced massage. After beginning to enjoy my massage my masseuse excuses themselves to attend to another arrival. After 15 minutes my masseuse returned informing me that they now can only massage one area quickly instead of agreed combination massage. I immediately attempted to leave where my masseuse tried to physically keep in room. After verbally communicating to not touch me I'm approached by another masseuse who tries to keep in this establishment is poorly run. Avoid it at all cost if want to be mistreated
Dishonest, shady practices...ON MY VERY FIRST VISIT to this business. I paid the masseuse, Jenny, for my massage in cash because I discovered there was a $5 charge for credit card transactions. Jenny never returned my change. No problem. I figured I'd just get it when the massage ended. When the massage ended, I tipped and left. I didn't realize it until hours later (while still in the area) that I never got my change. So I returned the same night and spoke with Jenny. She acknowledged I was due the change, but said no, I'm not giving it to you. Whoa. She said she would apply it to my next visit. I told her she is very sneaky, and she grinned. Wow. I reminded her that I don't live anywhere near the business (which she already knew from my original visit), so it wasn't like I was going to return anytime soon. Sadly, the massage was actually pretty good, but obviously the dishonesty ruined the entire experience. Of course, refusing me my change only made things worse. No business gets away with cheating customers forever - it WILL eventually catch up with you. The Internet is not your friend in these cases. I just happened to catch them on my first go around. I suspect Jenny figured she could pull a fast one on an unsuspecting newbie and never thought she'd see me anytime soon, if ever. This whole experience could have ended so much better with VERY little effort and ethics on the part of the business. Instead, here I am leaving a negative review 🙄
