Always love coming to Mai nail spa to see Tommy! He always gets me in and out just in time! I don’t have any complaints, always clean and he does exactly what I asked for every time I give him a picture he can do exactly what I asked for!!

I don’t like this place you know they don’t do good nails. I think it’s just like very bad. They do very quickly no more patience. And don’t listen what are you say.

I love my nail technician! I have followed him to new locations, but far this nail shop is very bright inside and friendly. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Tommy always does an amazing job on my nails! Thank you Tommy for always answering my calls. If you’re looking for a great nail tech call Tommy!

This is my 7th time coming here maybe visit like once every 2-3 months or so since I moved to Hayward.... this is a convenient destination from where I live... I only visit to get a breather & some time to relax every once in a while... the 1st few times I've visited tommie (the guy ) was welcoming and super nice offering water. Then the other workers there give off that they don't want to be there vibes. After my 3rd visit it went from offering water & kind gestures to rushing & just want to get it over with not giving the full manicure & pedicure experience even on days when it's just me and another person only. My 2nd time just doing a pedicure after my 3rd visit the other guy (only 2 guys there) only massaged and scrubbed one foot & charged me full amount while tommie give me acrylic fingernails & the other guy rushed it thinking I wouldn't notice.... then my last visit one of the ladies rushed my nails and asked if it looked good I told her If she can just re-do the tips bc it was too thick then shemessed up my white tips with some white streaks and the tips don't match the other hand....idk...all I asked for was a fill & then started doing white tips again but worse... tommie last did my nails & it was perf which is why I only asked for a fill... that's it.... I didn't know they would charge $62 for a fill this time... I usually would let something like that slide bc Im super nice and i dislike confrontation knowing someone else is doing my nails (which feels inhuman) toMe ...all i wanna do is relax & get my moneys worth of experience ... but bc I've noticed some lack of integrity and some plagiarism with my money given it changes every visit it feels like it depends on who you are at this point bc it doesn't make sense, so with that im no longer a customer... just too bad... tommie is excellent with nails though but can't guarantee i have him all the time....

Always have a great experience when coming here! Tommy always does a great job with my nails, super efficient and makes my nails look amazing!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating :)
