Good selection of Nepali snacks and friendly staff. I did notice a couple of billing issues at checkout. One item was charged at a higher quantity than I actually purchased, which I believe is an honest mistake. Also, I bought 20 titauras, but the 10 for $19.99 promotion didn’t seem to be applied as expected. I had confirmed the total twice before paying, so clearer communication and a quick double-check at checkout would be appreciated.
It’s a great place for Nepali & Indian products. Specially if you have any program in your house you can visit their gor necessary items
Overall, nice experience!! I got Ghee which is about to expire on October! I would like to suggest y’all to see the expiration date before sending your customers! It is my first experience shopping from here!
Extremely disappointing experience. I did not receive my product at the time. And lastly, they replace my product with something else, which I was unaware of, and later they agreed to refund me, but I have been calling them so many times; they are just hanging around me. They have neither redelivered the order nor started the refund process.
Very nice place to have awesome nepali stuffs. They have a lots of options of Nepali noodles and spices as well. Nepali kitchen utensils like mo: mo steamer, selroti maker is also available there. Puja's related stuffs are also available. Small place with lots of stuffs from Nepal. Staffs will help you to find the stuffs you are looking for.
