Mango Tropical

Wasn’t sure what this place was about and what they sell. The name suggested fruit stand type business. They are more than just fruits. They do sell frozen fruits like durian, sugar apples, longan and others. They also have other dried food ranging from snacks to others treats. They also have fresh squeeze sugar cane juice. I am glad I got in to look around ended up with a sugar apple and sugar cane.

I was born and raised in Vietnam and moved here in my late teens. This store has so many authentic Vietnamese brands, beverages, and especially fresh fruits (They even have star apple- one of my favorite fruit) . The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is super friendly and welcoming. I’d give this store more than five stars if I could. Thanks to this place, I was able to taste a piece of my childhood again ❤️. The picture below is my favorite Vietnamese snack (round waffles with pandan or strawberry flavors). They also have pandan with milk, even though it’s not on the menu. I found out about it through their Facebook, and I highly recommend everyone give this drink a try!!

Have been customers for a long time. We go for the sugar cane juice. This time I ordered 2 large sugar cane juices and he filled it up half way and was going to add ice to fill up the rest of the cup. I came here many times in the past and get full cups light ice. And it was the owner who filled up the cup half way. I told him I won't be returning and he was glad about it. This place won't last if the owner doesn't value his customers. Very upset about todays experience. Do better.

Come get the freshest exotic fruits dare I say in all of Texas !! Owner is super transparent with cost and even let me know when shipment was arriving 10/10 interaction and only spot to get amazing sweet sop

**Mango Tropical at Saigon Mall - A Hidden Gem in Garland, Texas** I recently visited Mango Tropical, located in the Saigon Mall in Garland, Texas, and had a delightful experience. The store offers a wide variety of fresh Vietnamese produce and an assortment of canned and dried foods. From the moment my 3-year-old daughter and I stepped in, we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady named May. She made us feel right at home, showed us around the store, and introduced us to some traditional foods. Her friendliness and willingness to answer all my questions made our visit truly special. One of the highlights was trying Jackfruit for the first time – an unexpected and delightful experience. May even offered a free sample, which was incredibly kind. We also bought two types of Dragonfruit, which were delicious, and I discovered my new favorite fruit, Rambutan. My thumbs were a bit sore from opening so many, but it was worth it! The mangos were equally impressive, and they had a selection of big Jackfruits to choose from. In addition to the fresh produce, Mango Tropical has a small frozen section with a variety of tempting items. For fans of Vietnamese fruit cocktail desserts with jellies and coconut milk, they have that too! I couldn’t resist leaving without a refreshing drink of fresh cold-pressed Sugar Cane juice, which was the perfect boost for my drive back to Royse City. The genuine warmth and excellent customer service at Mango Tropical left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. It’s not every day you encounter such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting Mango Tropical and exploring the rest of the Saigon Mall. May even mentioned there’s a great Pho place nearby, and I spotted a Lee’s Sandwiches in the same parking lot – another favorite of mine! Thank you, May, for the wonderful experience.
