Be aware when you buy from them as they will find reasons to deny a return or even an exchange. I wanted to just change the color of a dress that I bought, and they did not allowed it just because I don’t have the paper receipt. I paid with my debit and showed them the transaction reflecting on my bank account and they still wanted the paper receipt! I even asked for just replacement or store credit and still did not help me. The item was unworn, unused, and in original tag. Very disappointed and will not shop here anymore.

You have a whole mall to shop from, just stay away from Mango. They will not help you with return or exchange and will find a thousand excuse to deny it. The whole mall is filled with stores that have great customer service, so don’t waste your time and money here.
Worst customer service, will not honor their return policy. If you are hesitant about getting an item, don’t get it because their return policy is almost nonexistence
