Mani Pedi Cherry Creek

I wanted to treat myself and booked an Organic Luxury Spa Pedicure and Basic Manicure for $125 after reading the reviews and expecting a higher-end experience. Unfortunately, what I received did not meet the standard advertised and resulted in my toe being injured during the service. I arrived about 40 minutes early and the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. They let me come inside out of the cold, choose my colors early, and begin soaking with the complimentary champagne. That part of the experience was wonderful and I really appreciated how welcoming they were. However, during the pedicure the technician cut into my big toe while attempting to “fix” what she said was an ingrown nail without asking for permission first. I did not have an ingrown nail. My toe immediately began bleeding and continued bleeding during the appointment, and it is still painful a day later. Being cut during a pedicure like this is not normal or acceptable, especially during a service advertised as luxury. The rest of the service also felt rushed once the salon became busy around the time my actual appointment started. During my manicure I was told she needed to hurry because another customer was waiting. My nails were not shaped or buffed properly and there was still polish left on my skin when I left. I understand accidents can happen and the staff themselves were kind, but this experience did not reflect the quality or care expected from a $125 luxury manicure and pedicure. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Being cut during a pedicure without being asked first is not acceptable, and I do not feel the $125 charge reflects the quality or safety of the service provided.

Amazing nail salon-- best I've ever been to actually. Everyone is kind, helpful, and good at what they do. The place is pretty, clean, calming, and overall gives a luxurious, pampered experience. I have nails that always chip right away no matter what type of polish (including gel) and ManI Pedi Cherry Creek is the only place that has consistently given me manicures that last. Highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointing experience. I paid $70+ for a dip removal and manicure, and it’s already chipping and peeling in less than a week. The removal alone took over two hours and the technician burned my nails in the process. Everything here is an aggressive upcharge. They even tried to charge me $8 per nail just to polish two toenails while I was sitting there soaking for 20+ minutes. The customer service and quality just aren't there for these prices. I’ll be going back to Blue Sky from now on. Much better quality, fair pricing, and much better service.

Update - I changed my review from two stars to one star. 2 1/2 days after my gel pedicure all color is gone from two toes. Gel lasts forever and should never come off like that. …

There are so much to tell about this place. I was astonished by how clean and organised it is and also greeted by my name at first by front desk receptionist Ian. He was so kind and helpful to choose my colours. My nail technician, I forgot her name, she did amazing job and her attention to detail really got me surprised ( I think it was Maura or Mira). Their Organic Premium Spa pedicure was on the point and gave me all the experience that I was looking for. I have been to many other nail salons, especially in cherry creek area. I can assure this is the best nail salon in Denver/ Cherry Creek. I’m going to get manicure for my next visit since I didn’t have time. I’m glad I tried this place and definitely coming back from now on!
