Sign in to reviewNot impressed. We visited in June and I wrote on yelp but adding here. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get our nails done. After waiting 15-20 minutes we were finally seated. One technician was assigned to do both of us. She was wearing a mask that didn’t fully cover her nose and she was coughing. I was very pregnant at the time so this was concerning. During our service she did my daughter first. My daughter had selected three colors which seemed to annoy the technician. Once she finished her nails she did mine. The appointment took about 45 min and we got $1 off for paying in cash. It felt rushed and I didn’t feel particularly welcome. Other patrons were complaining things were taking a long time so not sure what was going on. My daughter’s nails didn’t even last four hours. Two had completely peeled off that evening and a third by the morning. We didn’t do anything that would cause nails to chip in that small amount of time let alone come off entirely. Her nails last longer when I do them at home. My gel manicure started peeling in less than two weeks. I don’t think we will be back.

A did builder gel & my mom did classic French acrylic and it was great! Brian & Su were very good, great quality and fast! In and out in under 1 hour, love that!
Randomly walked in and had a great experience ! It’s so clean and bright. Whatever beverage you want is yours by just asking . The massage chair didn’t have a timer so I just sat and relaxed the whole time without halting . I wish my face looked as good as my feet .
I’m highly disappointed in this nail shop. I’ve been a high paying customer for a couple years, since I work in the same shopping center. Vicky has always been amazing, her shaping is honestly perfection. However, when I book an appointment at a certain time, I expect to be seated at least within 10 minutes. I’ve waited for at least 45 minutes to an hour, waiting on my nail tech to finish her walk in. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to book an appointment and have the nail tech take a walk in 15 minutes prior to said appointment time. This screams poor time management, and customer service. Now when it comes to pedicures, I will NEVER get their gel ever again. I’m not positive on what top coat they use but after a week it starts browning/discoloration. Since I work in the same shopping center, I went in to talk to the manager. Two different times, with two different managers. One manager stated it was my fault for the type of lotion I use, or that if I went swimming in a pool or ocean that could happen. I laughed it off, but honestly I wasn’t born yesterday. I’ve been getting my nails and pedicures done since I was 12 years old, and I’m 33 today. It’s poor quality on their end, and to simply blame it on the customer is wild to me. I asked them to fix it, and was charged for a brand new pedicure. If there wasn’t such a language barrier, I would have stood up for myself and others. I will continue to support Vicky, because she has so much talent and is truly good at what she does. Especially when she’s rushed by her supervisor.
