There are cooked fishes (fried) that you can choose from and you can also have your fishes cleaned and cooked should you want. The veggies and fruit selections are often times fresh but you still have to check. The spices and sauces you can get here and from local grocery in PH are almost the same.

Great place to pick up some Filipino delicacies!! Plus lots of Filipino shops in surrounding area, jollibee, etc are technically walkable. The staff is friendly and basically all Filipino. They also sell raw balut.
