Disappointing visits (2 of them) Friday 5/8/26 and Sunday 5/10/26. I returned some chips (purchased Friday) and such that were marked down to 50% off and on Friday night the self checkout was closed so had to go to cashier and with the paper / plastic question 3-4 times I did not get to see the chips ring up incorrectly (thats why I only go to self checkout as I can see the prices of everything). On Sunday, returned all of those and guest svcs super nice and easy to return. I pick up more groceries, there was a 30% off coupon on 2 products and they did not ring up with 30% off - at self checkout and call help and the guy stated the price is the price and there is not 30%off. I questioned it and it states on coupon "Take an additional 30% off lowest price. Discount taken at register". He said: I know what I'm talking about and there is no discount. Gentlemen was older and rude". In my mind, then don't put any stickers on it. And he snatched the products and walked away. I had to delete the invoice item and of course he needs approval so had to call them again-the way he hit those buttons on the screen so much attitude. I may question but not going to argue-I will just go somewhere else, not worth the hassle. Ugh, wish I had not come here.

My wife and I occasionally like to eat in the Market Street Deli (Plano or Allen locations). We love to order the BLT with white cheddar with grilled potato salad (which has always been one of our favorites). However, we had a terrible experience in the Plano location Market Street Deli Sunday. The bread on one sandwich wasn't even grilled (or toasted) as requested, and the bacon on both sandwiches was a mix of both under-cooked and burnt bacon. That has never happened before with any of the market street store deli locations. However, because we were in a hurry to go somewhere else (and we were raised not to waste food), we just ate what we could and threw away the rest so we could leave on time. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience at Market Street thanks to Nick and Wayne. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I found everything I needed, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help really stood out and made my shopping experience enjoyable. Market Street is fortunate to have team members like Nick and Wayne. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

I just don’t have the words on how excellent of a grocery shopping experience this is. The bakery is next level, the deli is absolutely fantastic and the staff is personable and so helpful. This is how shopping should be. Super clean store and absolutely no riff raff. 🔥👍🏼 …

After enjoying Market Street’s pizza at a work event a few months back. I decided to stop by to grab a couple slices between my weekend errands. To my surprise because the pizza type I preferred was not under the heating lamp (there was only one by the way) I was told I would have to purchase ($20) the entire pizza I was requesting. I left empty handed and hungry.
