This Marshalls is always in a state of disarray. No new products nowhere to be found. Corporate needs to intervene immediately and restore order to the store.

Very disappointed in the overall standards and presentation of this store. Multiple areas looked extremely cluttered and unorganized, with empty fixtures, overflowing merchandise, and carts left throughout the sales floor. The snack and beverage section especially looked messy and poorly maintained, which takes away from the shopping experience. Several shelves appeared half stocked while surrounding areas were chaotic and difficult to shop comfortably. As someone who values retail standards and customer experience, this location did not feel clean, recovered, or properly managed during my visit. I understand stores can get busy, but basic organization, recovery, and presentation standards should still be maintained throughout the day. Hoping leadership and staff can improve the overall upkeep and shopping environment moving forward.

Yesterday around 8:30–9:00 PM, I noticed a tall, big bald man following me while I was browsing the intimate section. We kept making eye contact, and I started to think he might be a secret shopper. I couldn’t understand why he was closely watching me, especially in that area of the store. I also noticed another woman watching me from the corner of my eye while I was looking at mugs. At that point, it felt like I was being profiled, I’m not sure what led yall to believe I was stealing. Was it because I walked in alone? Because I was looking around while browsing, trying to see if my boyfriend had come into the store? Or because he came in a few minutes after me and it somehow looked suspicious? Or was it simply because I am a brown woman? Regardless of the reason, this situation was very uncomfortable, I just had to walk out.

I was pleased with our shopping experience. Found some good deals. Good customer service always a plus and almost every register was open to get the line of customers checked out. For privacy purposes I blocked out faces.
