Massage Felax and Spa - Addison

First time experiencing any type of spa. The shower and scrub left my skin radiant.. the full body massage 💆‍♀️ was the best. She had just the right firmness. And I can not stop thinking about the facial I had it was great. I will definitely be coming back.. thank you guys for a very happy first experience..

I had a massage here last week due to being under a lot of stress lately and I took a day off to treat myself. Hands down this was one of the best massages I've ever received! My massage therapist Angie was amazing and had perfect pressure throughout the massage. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at this spa. My head and foot massage was absolutely incredible, so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The two ladies who took care of me were wonderful, very professional, kind, and truly skilled at what they do. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and at 100% relaxation. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

I visited Massage Relax and Spa on May 29, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering I spent nearly $200 on the service. The first thing I noticed was that the table was not clean and had a strong unpleasant odor. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any spa or wellness business, and this immediately made me uncomfortable. The service itself felt rushed and lacked the quality and professionalism I would expect for the amount charged. It seemed as though the staff were trying to finish as quickly as possible rather than providing a relaxing and thorough service. Instead of feeling refreshed afterward, I left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. When I checked out, I politely informed the staff at the front desk that I was unhappy with the service. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I was still asked to leave a tip. Given the poor quality of the experience, I declined and left immediately. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wanted to leave an honest review through the Vagaro app, but my appointment has not been marked as completed. Because of this, the app does not allow me to submit a review. Whether intentional or not, it creates the appearance that customers who have negative experiences may be prevented from sharing their feedback through the platform. I believe reviews are important so that customers can make informed decisions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Between the cleanliness issues, rushed service, poor overall experience, and inability to leave feedback through the booking platform, this visit fell far below expectations. I hope the business takes customer concerns seriously and improves its standards moving forward.

Wife and I had an amazing experience at the Massage Felax Addison location. The entire place was perfectly clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The massage itself was excellent and my therapist was professional, attentive, and really worked out the tension in my back and shoulders. The highlight for me was the Vichy shower treatment. The coolest experience ever, a bit hesitant at first but It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The warm water flowing evenly over your body while you relax on the table feels incredible and takes the whole experience to another level. I left feeling completely clean and no more dead skin anywhere on my body! Lol The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time no doubt. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Massage Felax to anyone wanting a high-quality massage and spa experience.
