The therapist was highly skilled, experienced, and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences and areas of tension before starting the session. I especially appreciated their gentle approach, professionalism, and ability to create a deeply relaxing experience tailored to my needs. The quality of the massage was outstanding. The techniques used were effective in relieving stress and muscle tightness, leaving me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and physically rejuvenated. Every movement was done with care and precision, contributing to a very soothing experience. Another thing I appreciated was the center’s strong focus on hygiene and comfort. The treatment room, equipment, and facilities were spotless and well maintained. The soft lighting, calming music, and peaceful environment made the entire visit feel restorative and enjoyable.

My friends and I booked four massage sessions today. Unfortunately, only one of the four of us enjoyed the experience. One friend was left sore after her massage. During the head massage, the therapist didn’t even untie her hair, so instead of being relaxing, it felt like her hair was being pulled. She spent most of the session waiting for it to be over. Another friend also did not enjoy her massage. She felt it was mostly just rubbing oil onto her body rather than providing a relaxing or therapeutic massage. My own massage was just okay—not nearly as good as our previous visit two months ago. We all came back because we had such a positive experience the last time and expected the same quality, but this visit was disappointing overall. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after we shared our honest feedback with the front desk about not enjoying the massages, we were still asked to leave a tip. Tipping is usually a way to show appreciation for good service, so it felt inappropriate to be asked for one after we had clearly explained that we were dissatisfied. We had high expectations based on our previous visit, but unfortunately this experience did not meet them.

It's been a long time since I've been to massage on main. I walked out today wondering why it has taken me so long to go back! I had a 30-minute trigger point massage from May. She was trained in China and you can definitely tell the difference. She knew exactly where to work and how much pressure. I'm a massage therapist myself and I can honestly say she is amazing. I definitely will be back. I feel so much better. Everyone in there is so nice and friendly. Don't even think twice! Just go!

Massage on Main is amazing. This was our second visit for a couples massage, and it was even better than the first. The therapists were attentive to our preferences, and we both left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We’re already planning to come back to experience more services, especially the scalp massages.

First, I’d like to note I reached out to the business first to rectify my bad experience the day after, rather than leave a bad review. However, I was never followed up with after attempting to fix this issue with them. I came in on a Friday evening 06/19 for a massage service, I had specifically requested someone I had before and that was not the person that came into the room. As soon as she stepped in, it reeked of cigarette smoke and she had a loud wet cough.. the a/c in the room was adjusted, becoming incredibly hot. At one point during the massage service she even piled on two additional blankets?? I quickly removed them. She took my hair over the back of the table (typical) but lazily leaned and rubbed against it the entire 60 minutes resulting in my hair knotting/matting and losing 2 fistfuls of it. The massage was awful, she spent 45 minutes hyper focused on massaging one spot behind my head which resulted in swelling and soreness the following three days. I showed displeasure in her pressure which was adjusted only momentarily. Afterwards, we were alone inside the business at 9pm and she had a language barrier that prevented her from communicating her name to me as well as had an issue with checking me out. This was the exact opposite of what this experience is meant to be. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave a review because they don’t seem appreciative of me coming to them directly.
