Customer feedback describes sessions that some guests find relaxing and professional. One reviewer praised Linda for being kind and courteous, and appreciated that she checked whether the pressure felt comfortable. Another customer says they and their husband have returned every couple of weeks for six years and consistently enjoy professional sessions with the staff. These comments suggest that Massage Ultra may suit people seeking a regular massage routine, as well as guests who value a considerate interaction and a therapist who checks in during a session. Individual experiences can differ, so it is worth sharing preferences and comfort needs directly with the therapist.

Massage Ultra has a listed rating of 4.1 from 287 reviews, and the feedback is not uniformly positive. Some reviewers report concerns about payment, contactless card acceptance, and pressure around tipping after a session. Because payment experiences and policies may change, prospective guests may want to ask in advance which payment methods are accepted and how gratuities are handled. Confirming the total price and any payment details before the appointment can help avoid misunderstandings. The supplied reviews do not establish a current price list, so it is best to verify rates directly rather than rely on an older customer account.

With its Cambridge location and seven-day schedule, Massage Ultra is an option for nearby residents and visitors comparing massage therapists in the area. Guests who appreciate a relaxing session, attentive communication about pressure, or a place they can return to regularly may find the positive reviews relevant. At the same time, the mixed comments make it sensible to clarify service details, payment options, and tipping expectations before booking.
