Sign in to reviewI had an appointment with Dr. Sarah Moore and she was the most energetic, attentive, and friendliest dermatologist I have ever met with. She listened to every skin concern you had and encouraged you to speak freely. She gave a lot of suggestions and product recommendations. I 100% recommend seeing her. In terms of the other office staff - the front desk receptionist was very friendly and quick to check you in. Dr. Moore's assistant was also very friendly and very attentive. The office space is clean and professional. The office itself is located in the Village Hillcrest space and it can be a tad difficult to find but in your booking reminders and confirmation emails they provide very clear and specific instructions on where to park and how to find the office. Bottom line, I'd definitely recommend this place!
I love Dr. Pelle and her staff! They are very efficient, professional, and kind. They take their time with patients in the exam room, but still don’t waste your time. The time spent in the waiting room is minimal, which is better than a lot of doctors’ offices. From start to finish—waiting room to leaving— my annual exam took about an hour.
A+. Two of my other doctors recommended Dr. Pelle years back. She and all the staff are consistently friendly, prompt, organized and thorough. And most importantly they have taken excellent care of me. Occasionally when I was unable to get in to see Dr. Pelle short term (she’s got a busy practice) the other doctors there have been awesome. Highly recommend and appreciate these care providers.
I've been coming to this dermatology clinic for a few years and I have seen several providers. But my most recent visit on November 3, 2025 was the best yet. As usual, all the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. But I saw a new provider today named Ashley. She was FANTASTIC. Ashley listened to me, provided valuable feedback, acknowledged me and my nephew (who is my healthcare advocate), and then treated me with care and compassion. I had the best experience possible and I look forward to being a patient of MedDerm and Ashley for a long time. Well done, MedDerm team!
I had some concerning growths, that I wanted looked at. Dr Moore was familiar and knowledgeable of what she observed. She clearly explained what she saw and explained my options for how to treat. Of course my treatment was not covered by insurance and considered cosmetic. I was impressed how reasonably priced my treatment was and was more than satisfied overall. I would highly recommend this place, if you have dermatology needs.
