Vegetarian Pho with beef broth, the broth was so flavourful and the fried tofu was also very tasty. My husband had the red curry with beef which came with rice and was also great value for money. Good sized portions. Staff were very friendly.

We stumbled across this restaurant expecting nothing more than mediocre if not plain and basic food in the middle of Seattle to fill us up; we were proven wrong. My spicy beef noodle was flavorful and tasty. It is not exactly authentic but the chef was able to nail down the basics in the broth: the umami, the lemongrass, and the shrimp paste. I can taste them all and the flavor was still at the back of my tongue sometime after. To my surprise, they even included the shrimp or crab patties which not many restaurants added to their bun bo Hue. The beef was tender and tasty as well.

Came by on a quick lunch break and enjoyed my experience. I had the Hue style beef soup. Everything was very tasty and kept me warm in the Seattle rain. I liked the variety of meat and the spicy soup base gave me a lovely numbing mouth feel. I will say I think they accidentally gave me lettuce instead of cilantro, or I could’ve been mistaken. Either way, this is a great spot.

This is my favorite pho restaurant in the area! They’re friendly and fast in service. I love all their noodle soups and vermicelli bowls. The pork bao is a very underrated item I feel deserves more attention! The pork belly with the slice of apple is such an unexpected and amazing combo!
