My 9 year old had the perfect experience from start to finish. The salon was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and my nail technician Holly, was friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. She paid great attention to detail, making sure every nail was flawless. Her nails turned out even better than I imagined, and received so many compliments. Excellent customer service, amazing quality, and a wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails!

Where do I start??? I have been going to Memory Nails on and off for over 10 years. leanne is the owner.. She was there I wanted a basic pedicure. they were busy, but she asked me to sit down and wait it shouldn't take long. Listen this place is not safe. I have underlining health issues! When I questioned them about the pedicure not being Sanitary! They did not even care! I was very upset because I know the owner!!! Leanne is very non-caring now. When they could not up sale, the lady was really rude then!!! She was uncaring and did not correct the issue! BE careful where you spend your heart earned dollars! They deserve a zero! I DRIED my feet and left! Memory Nails has gone down. ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMERS SAFETY!!! LEANNE, should be ashamed of herself as a BUSINESS OWNER!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The first time I came here, I was with my mom. We were attended by the owner and another lady. They were super kind, and everything turned out excellent. My nails looked perfect. The second time, I came with my mom to get our nails removed. The worker was rough when removing her nails. She was a bit rude, and my mom have pain. The third time I visited this place, I came for a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. The same girl who had removed my mom’s nails was the one who did my dip powder. Everything went wrong. She was rude with my hands, and even though I wanted to give her a second chance, I now believe it was not the best decision. My nails were bleeding by the time she finished. My skin is sensitive, and so are my nails. They kept bleeding and burning the whole time. The nails came out uneven — some shorter, some longer. I had only asked her to recreate the same style as the reference photo I had shown her. She just told me, “Your nails will grow.” That was definitely not the answer I was looking for. When I got home, I felt frustrated. It was my birthday and I had a dinner planned. I wanted to look nice, but my hands didn’t. I called to request a refund and to have my nails removed. I was willing to pay for the nail removal service, but I asked to be refunded for the dip powder. When I went back, she fixed my nails. However, in the end, they charged me $15 more — on top of the service I had already paid for. Note: If you are a client and they are the business owners, they should refund you if you’re not satisfied or at least fix the issue at no extra cost. I also work in the beauty industry, and I’m used to the principle that when someone is not happy with the service, you either return their money or fix the work at no charge. Because it’s not the client’s fault that a worker didn’t do a good job or lacked the will to work properly.

I had a fantastic experience at memory nail & spa. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my nail technician did an amazing job on my manicure. The salon had a relaxing atmosphere. I always definitely be coming back for my next appointment

I started going to Memory Nail in 2016 when I moved to the area. In 2019, I moved to Minnesota. I have tried to go to other nail spas in the area, in other parts of Texas, and in Minnesota, and there is simply no experience like it. I returned to visit after being in Minnesota 5 years, and I am delighted to see they are just a incredible as I remember. I brag about this place to anyone who even thinks they have experienced a good pedicure. If they haven't been to Memory Nail, they simply have not. This place just is the best of the best, hands down.
