Being a first time home buyer can be incredibly daunting and overwhelming! Ashley Young was there for me every step of the way during my incredibly difficult home buying journey. With her help, kindness, knowledge, and patience; together we navigated one of the most difficult real estate markets the state of Oklahoma has ever seen! I am so happy and proud to say I closed on my very first home in February of 2022! There is no way I could have done this without Ashley’s expertise! I am truly thankful and blessed to know her and that she was my realtor! I would highly recommend Ashley’s services to anyone.

I have rented from this group in the past and got a great house by Memorial Park. I had exceptional customer service and was never refused a kind ear for any concern. My yard was large and easily accommodated a dog, they were cool with me setting out a couple of gardens and cleaning up gardens which made me quite happy. I never had any security issues. The staff was great and we all got along just fine. I also really appreciated the office was local, so no trouble getting to them, or them to me. I easily recommend this service, and encourage you to look around, as these blue and gold signs are all over the city. Many houses may be lease purchase after a year. They sell houses as well and those may be former rentals, well cared for over time. The size, price and location was great for my family. The unit had small cottage features we loved. The fireplace had a dogwood ceramic motif common to this area, but I never learned why. The neighbors were of mixed race and ethnicity, age and gender. People looked out for each other and were involved in Central Park Neighborhood activities. There are multiple parks within walking distance, plenty of kids for my young daughter to play with. Bills for rent, HVAC and water/sewer were reasonable and it was a fun place to live and explore. The bus used to come by just down the street ,but that route was moved but is still in the area. There's schools of all sorts, shops, dining and things you need like LA Hair Design cuts are affordable. They still need to bring back the full service grocer, as this is an annoying loss to everyone in this area. I hope you see this is a bit of a snapshot not only about MetroFirst Realty, but also about areas they hold property in, in Greater Oklahoma City for rent, lease/purchase and sale. I think they also offer businesses and empty lots to build. Yeah!!!!

Bri Green represented the sellers of a home we purchased. Even though she is ultimately only the realtor and not the seller, the entire process was unnecessarily difficult and disappointing, in part because of her. The sellers cut all possible corners (as suggested by her) and ultimately did not fulfill expectations as agreed to in our contract. As a realtor, I would have expected a higher level of professionalism and quality. I would never recommend buying or selling a home from her or her realty group based on my experiences.

Having a house appraised and Stacey Hensley was very rude and had no consideration for my ailing wife. Dressed like a teenager and very unprofessional

Ashley Young is an absolute superstar that was with us every step of the way. We will never use another realtor for as long as we live in the OKC area. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market and let her take care of you!
