Mì By Night

Such a cute little spot! The inside really makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a small restaurant somewhere in Vietnam. The service was warm, friendly, and super relaxed—never felt rushed at all. I ordered the Mì Khô Saté Sauce Đặc Biệt and it was SO good. The flavors honestly reminded me of food from back home and brought back a lot of childhood memories. I also got the sugarcane juice with kumquat, which was perfect for this Houston summer heat. I’m officially hooked on their dry noodles. Definitely coming back and planning to try something different every time!

We had a wonderful experience at Mi By Night! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and even allowed our small Pomeranian to come in with us. They were so kind and friendly to him, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We decided to try Mi By Night after driving by so many times and were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Service was excellent! The waitress was sweet and accommodating. We also had a chance to chat briefly with the owner and it was obvious they really cared about their establishment. The atmosphere was very homey and authentically Vietnamese. As for food, we enjoyed both the items that were ordered. Mi Kho Anchovy Sauce Hai San - these were dry noodles with an anchovy based sauce and seafood. Very well seasoned and delicious! The seafood was the highlight though! Shrimps were plump and juicy, squid and octopus were extremely tender. Hi Tieu Muc Dac Biet - rice noodles in a rich and hearty broth 😋 The seafood was once again the highlight. Everything from the shrimp, squid, and fish balls were phenomenal. We cannot wait to come back and sample the rest of the menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sample authentic Vietnamese noodle dishes 😊
