Michael is an awesome Realtor. He assisted us in selling our property in order for us to buy our dream home. He was always open and willing to listen to my rants and answer questions to make sure we understood every step of this journey. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the areas in which we wanted to live, and was great at negotiating on both sides of selling our property and the purchase of our home. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with certain situations, like having someone come in to view your home before purchasing and gave his opinion on what he felt was best. Towards the end of this journey, Michael became more of a Friend, than just our Realtor. He has a seat at my table any day. We will definitely call him if we need anything or if any of our friends or family members become interested in buying a home. I feel Michael Velez is the best Realtor inTexas.

Great realtor!! Our house had been on the market for 6 months and not sold. Our current realtor said she was out ideas. Since the listing needed to be renewed I was getting callas from realtors. I ignored most of them- for some reason I agreed we would meet with Michael. My hubby DOES NOT make quick decisions. I warned Michael no commitments would be made at the meeting and that my hated high pressure sales. We met with Michael- he was blunt about the positives and negatives, he had a plan, he had ideas, he had resources. By some miracle my hubby liked him so much he signed right there and then! Our house sold within about a week!!! I CAN NOT recommend him enough- we were in a bad place having already bought our new house and he saved our behinds!!!
