I had an amazing experience with Mrs.Susan!! We mingled a bit about life, and she was the absolute sweetest. She executed my birthday nails perfectly, and was very detailed throughout the entire process :)

Excuse my ashy hand. I visited 5/9/26 and had a splendid time. I had Ms. Lee who did my fullset. She was receptive to feedback and made adjustments to my nails as I asked. No additional commentary and truly happy with her work as am I. I had a pedicure as well however I did not receive my techs name. The pedicure was very thorough and I wish I got my techs name but I forgot to ask. Milano has great service 5/5 however the costs exceeded expectations. I was shocked to see add ons for length, parrafin wax, overlay on toes, amongst other things but this is seemingly to be expected with salons now. Just be mindful to ask about additional costs because the booking system online only provides a minimum cost. I will be returning as price is worth it for the work, service, and atmosphere. My toe nail overlay has chipped unfortunately but Milano offers within 10 days to have repairs done free.

I had such a great experience with Lee! She did an amazing job on my nails the quality, attention to detail, and overall finish were all on point. If you’re looking for someone who can really bring a design to life, I’d definitely recommend her. She was professional, precise, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. Super happy with how my nails turned out I’ll definitely be going back!
