MILANO NAIL SPA PRESTON FOREST

My group & I had an amazing experience at Milano Nail Spa Preston Forest! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and well taken care of, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We were introduced to GEL-X nails and eventually persuaded into getting it. In my opinion we were overcharged unknowingly 😒 and was not informed about the total per person until close to finish. Not worth the amount paid. VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Be mindful that they do not tell you about the extra cost they tack onto the amount quoted for the gel-x nails. In spite of all of that, our nails turned out absolutely gorgeous, and the technicians paid great attention to detail. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service shown by the entire team - "Joyce, Morela, Christine, Hanna & Helen." I highly recommend Milano Nail Spa Preston Forest. I happened upon this salon because my regular spot had a long wait. Walk-ins are welcome here. I'm not even done with the service before writing this review because it is that amazing. The decor and atmosphere is relaxing. No TVs blaring shows. Just monitors with images including nature, birds, and fashion. Music is pleasant without being too loud. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have always had a hard time finding a place I can return to time and again. This was my first visit here, but it will not be my last.

I love coming to this salon. I've been coming here a few months now and never leave disappointed! It is always so clean and pretty and has a nice chill vibe. I always see Tony to do my acrylic sets and he's amazing! He's so good at detailed nail art and he always makes sure to give me a set I'm in love with. I definitely 10/10 recommend!

I came here for the first time today and I’m SO impressed. Staff is phenomenal. Tons of color selections and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Everyone speaks English very well which is a huge plus. I went to Peter for dip and will be coming back for sure!! I’ve been looking for a new nail place for a couple years and I think I found it 💅

my girl Alex is so talented! i show her what i want and she over delivers EVERYTIME! i always get an acrylic overlay & she has helped my nails grow so long, beautiful & healthy. she also gives the best massages on my pedicure. book my girl, but not too much b/c i need my spot toooooo!
