Milano Nail Spa Wynnewood Village

I really wanted to love this salon because it’s beautiful, clean, and highly recommended. It’s also very close to my house, so I was hoping it would become my regular spot. When I arrived, I signed in and chose a basic pedicure and manicure, but I waited quite a while. One staff member was very kind and attentive, offering me a drink and checking on me, which I really appreciated. After waiting, I had to ask about my appointment, and I was finally taken for my pedicure, which was okay she was a little rough but ok. Just a heads up: callus removal is not included and costs an additional $15, and gel is another $20. I understand they may have been short-staffed that day, and I originally said I didn’t want to wait for a manicure because I had plans. However, I later changed my mind and let them know I could wait since I had planned this as a self-care day. Even so, I felt rushed and got the impression that they were trying to finish my service quickly. I ended up switching to a gel color change instead of the manicure I originally wanted. Since it was my first visit, I agreed, but I left disappointed. To make things worse, my gel polish started chipping the very next day. Overall, while the salon is beautiful and some staff were very kind, my experience felt rushed, I didn’t receive the service I originally wanted, and the quality did not last. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I am very grateful to this salon. I got my nails done here in suspension I might be getting engaged. My girl, Hien, really pulled through! I came in with an inspo photo and a dream. She was really patient and amazing with recommendations to achieve the look I wanted. I am so glad I trusted her because my nails came out perfect for my engagement! Hien went above and beyond to ensure my nails were up to my expectations, and was upfront and transparent about pricing. And talk about durable! I just started experiencing some lifting today and it’s been 3 weeks and 3 days since getting them done! The salon team rocks; they were nice enough to stay late so Hien could finish and be devoted with her work. Thank you Hien for doing such an outstanding job on my nails and for your outstanding service! This manicure will be a forever memory for me ☺️ The first photo is of my manicure during the proposal, the second photo is of my second set at this salon so you know it’s not just a one hit wonder. My original manicure lasted 30 days before I got the fill!

I came to Hian for the first time, and she was so sweet! She has amazing customer service, and I loved her positive energy. She did an incredible job, and I was surprised by how quickly she finished while still making everything look perfect. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back!

This was my first time visiting Milano Nails. I am SO IMPRESSED! I’m not sure how I got so lucky, but they assigned me the BEST esthetician in the whole place, Amina! She usually does nails, but she gave me the best pedicure today. I am so excited to have found my new place and new nail tech. I’ll be back! Thank you, Amina!

Came here for my birthday and because when I searched online they identified as black owned. I walked in and saw nobody working there looked like me. No problem. The managers customer service was wonderful. The nail technician customer service was subpar. Every time I asked or made a request she would put on this fake smile and voice, then expose her real emotions right after as if I wasn't right in front of her face. I said I didn't like my nails she rolled her eyes and called for the manager. He got her to thicken the symbol up a little bit and asked me what I thought. I said "it looks better", yet I still wasn't satisfied. He walked off to meet me at the register. Also heard they give discounts for birthday nails and I didn't get not 1% off. Won't be back.
