Milano Nails Spa

I went to this place trusting it because I had been to another location before and had a great experience, so I honestly expected this one to be just as good. I went in toward the end of the day to get my nails done and was very clear about what I wanted: something clean and refined, not bulky, thick, or wide. I even came in with an existing set and told him I wanted the same thickness, but he kept saying mine only looked thinner because they were longer, which doesn’t make sense because I’ve had my nails shorter before and they’ve never looked this thick. I repeated several times that I wanted them to look slim and elegant, but instead of guiding me like a professional, he told me to do a nail myself as a reference for him, which felt very unprofessional because if I knew how to do my own nails, I wouldn’t be paying for a service. Also, the nails on one hand look different from the other, the shape and finish are inconsistent, and overall they ended up looking really bulky, like blocks, and even deformed. I eventually stopped insisting because it started to feel like I was bothering him, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Honestly, it was very disappointing and I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love this nail salon! They always get my nails right. The staff is friendly and attentive. They really take the time to listen and tailor everything to what you want. Their attention to detail is amazing. I often come in with zero ideas, and they’re so patient and creative when helping me brainstorm. I always trust the process and leave loving my nails every single time. And when I do come in with a specific design in mind, they never fail to execute it perfectly, especially Henry! He’s fantastic and truly brings your nail inspo to life. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, talented techs, and consistently beautiful results!

Milano Katy has become my family I have been receiving services from this location for the past 3 years and I am always treated with care and respect at each visit. Henry , Mimi , Vivian , Tim, Tom , Dana and the rest of the staff are all absolutely amazing

Over the years, I’ve loved coming to Milano Nails Spa - they do all services fabulously. I started coming here because my previous nail salon was no longer living up to my expectations. Milano Nails Spa has watched me learn to drive, have my senior vocal recital, graduate high school, and become a sophomore in university, so trust me when I say I do have a lot of loyalty towards everyone there. I have yet to have one bad experience with any of the nail or brow artists. Henry is my go-to - great personality and does great work! Tiffany, Helen, and Vivian are wonderful, too. Everyone is very sweet, quick, and intelligent over there. Aside from my nail looks, I also only trust them to do my brows. In the pictures I’ve attached are only SOME of the nail looks I’ve done over the years. If you are thinking about trying a new nail place out, I cannot recommend Milano Nails Spa enough!
