Josie and her team at Miller Collisions were so helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my Mazda and they went above and beyond in every step! The repairs were completed perfectly, quickly, and priced fairly. They even went out of their way to read my check engine light and give me a heads up about some other issues I didn't know my car had. Josie was also so kind to help me get a ride to and from the rental car company when dropping off and picking up. As a young woman who doesn't know too much about cars, I'm always scared of being talked down to in these scenarios but that was not a concern here at all. Everyone was so cool!
Great place to bring your car. I went here for a quick inspection and quote because I was hearing some noises in my car, and the team was very personable, professional, and pleasant. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a really competitive quote, and were just really honest with me. Which as a woman I really appreciate when mechanics and auto shops are honest and don't try to make things seem worse than they are. I will be back here for sure, great team at Miller Collision. Highly recommend their services.
Brought in my vehicle to be fixed after someone hit and ran me. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice! They fixed my car and it looks better than how i dropped it off. They vacuumed my car as well before returning the keys. They did an amazing job; I highly recommend!!
Miguel and the team at Miller Collision did a fantastic job repainting my 4 series BMW's bumper after it was sideswiped while parked. Their communication was professional and prompt, and I really appreciated that Miguel was able to provide an estimate—which was very clear and detailed—via text/email. The impact from the collision caused a sensor to be misaligned; Miller Collision went above and beyond to get the right technicians out to diagnose the issue (I think BMWs need a special code reader) and resolved, saving me a trip to the dealership. All of the work was also done very quickly. They waxed and even vacuumed the car—it looks just as good as the day I bought it! I hope I never have a reason to use them again, but if my vehicle ever needs bodywork I would definitely choose Miller Collison. Also a shoutout to B&B Autohaus, who referred me to Miller Collision.
