Mimi Massage no

The worst experience I've had getting a massage, this was supposed to be relaxing and it wasn't. . First when I walked in no one was there to greet me I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me at the front desk after ringing a bell , the lady helping me was very rude. I told her I booked an appointment on class pass for a certain time and they approved it. She said that she didn't speak English and couldn't help me and that I should contact my massage therapist. But it was my first time here and the only number on class pass is the one for the shop. She told me to call the store number so someone can help me, so I did and it started ringing next to her so she just shrugged and said "oh well my boss isn't here I can't help you because I'm busy." Thankfully there was another customer that spoke the same language as her and he helped me translate so she told me to wait half an hour for someone to come. I agreed since I already took an uber to get here and booked this time out of my day. I waited in the lobby and the same front desk lady came and got me 30 minutes almost an hour after my original appointment time. And just said oh yea sorry I'll be doing your massage. I was confused but needed one so badly due to my intense job I just agreed and followed her. She was on the phone the whole time with someone arguing .The massage room was not a relaxing experience there was no music playing it was really awkward. I'm used to having some music at least. The therapist was texting while giving my massage! I told her I booked the oil and hot stones and she pretended not to understand and I didn't receive the hot stones at all. At the end she only massaged me for 40 minutes maybe less because every time someone would ring the bell at the front desk she had to stop my massage completely and help them. I understand being understaffed but that was very unprofessional why accept appointments ? When she left the room each time the door was wide open with me being in the room exposed. I left feeling super uncomfortable and wanted to cry. Then she has the nerve to say in perfect English don't forget to tip me. I highly do not recommend this place. I will never be back here..I wish I could get my money back.

Extremely awful experience and unprofessional. I called before booking on cp to make sure that the time works, hence I booked. After arriving, I was told that I had to wait 30 mins. I waited 40 mins, and was then brought back to the room. Prior to starting she asked me to pay first, and I showed her my cp booking/payment. After all was settled, she started the massage. Multiple times when I felt she took long pauses (using her phone), pressed on my spine w her elbows. Bedside manner- don’t even get me started on that- makes me question this massage place. She coughed directly on my back and I could feel her saliva. It was an unprofessional, sloppy n unpleasant experience all in all. She ended massage 10 mins early, but I was truly glad and ready to get out of there so no complaints. She still asked for a tip. She started yelling at me, using profanities against me. Never coming back here. Very very uncomfortable.

I Went there yesterday, they have a new boss and staff, the environment is super large and luxurious, there are 3 luxurious showers and 3 luxurious toilets, massage was very professional, solved my neck pain, highly recommended

Been here once before and loved it. Loved it so much I decided for my birthday I would book another couples massage. I called and asked what was the earliest appointment time they had, was told 10 am. My partner and I showed up and no one was there. Was about 10:10 am when someone arrived and they were surprised even though I even got a text notification. It was about 10:19 am when I was asked to wait 30 minutes meaning they were not going to get my massage started until 11 am (an hour after I booked). Mind you this was my birthday so I had things to do to get ready for the evening. I decided I would run and errand would my partner for those 30 minutes and we were asked to prepay for our visit. I was confused since they weren’t even ready to receive us. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the whole process and the employee said I could pay $25 deposit and would get a discount for this visit or the next. We came back for our massage and my partners person did not seem like they wanted to be there and he even had to ask what he had to do to get a quality massage like mine. When it was done there was no discount, the price I was told over the phone was $200 for 90 minutes and then I was told it was $240 for 90 minutes (granted a 60 minute massage would have been $140 so why it was an extra $100 for 30 extra minutes is beyond me when you divide the 60 minute range it’s equal to $35 every 30 minutes). Lastly they asked me how much I was going to tip them on tip of being an hour late, charging me more than what was quoted, and not even doing a good job. Needless to say I will NEVER return here.

I’d give my massage and experience overall a 3.5 out of 5 rating. The business is on the second floor in the plaza of the Carrollton Town Center. The facility is clean and quiet which I really like, as I believe it sets the tone for what should be a peaceful and enjoyable experience while getting a relaxing massage. When I got there I rang the bell and one of the workers/massage specialties came out from the back to greet me. Before waking in she advised that you had to pay up front before getting the massage done. No issues there really, as i understand there are people who get massages and then flee without paying. However, I offered to pay by debit card and she said “cash only.” Again, no real issue there, as a lot of these places tend to accept cash more often than not. So she tells me there is no ATM at the location and I have to go to the the 99 Ranch Market to use ATM. I go there and they have no ATM. Not being totally familiar with the area I had to then walk over to the Chevron station and use their ATM. Wasn’t a big issue but now I’m trekking around trying to get cash when all I wanted to do was relax for an hour. I get back and I give her the money to pay for the hour massage, and then she asks for the tip. I gave her what was a 20% tip, but because it wasn’t an additional “$20” she fussed a little about it, and when I said all I had were just a few more one dollar bills which I needed she then asked me if I wanted to put the tip “on a credit card”, which was weird being that she told me they didn’t accept cards at first. So, I just threw her a few more singles. The massage was good, but she and others who are at these places need to understand that tipping is discretionary. My commitment is to pay what you’re advertising for the actual massage. Haggling a customer over a tip is not only rude, but makes it to where you don’t want to come back. It’s bad business. I felt I did a lot of work just finding an ATM machine just to grab cash, and was told a few minutes later when I got back to the place to put a tip on my credit card. Huh?
