Miniso

Had a pretty decent selection for such a small store. The service was definitely better than at most minisos. Grabbed a Miffy plushie and a teletubbies blind box which I’ve been looking for. A perfect miniso for Sanrio lovers, particularly those who love Hello Kitty, My Melody and Kuromi. Wish that they sold less boxes where you could get characters like the little stars and pompourine, but that’s less of a miniso thing and more of an issue of the blind box manufacturers.

Charged my credit card 3 times for my one purchase! Cashier was trying to run two registers by herself and did not see or hear that my card showed a giant check mark and said approved. She told me to put my card in again. I argued with her but she insisted that my card wasnt Charged. I put my card in a second time. Again was approved. After I left the store I pulled up my bank account and saw I was charged 3x. I went back to the store and showed the cashier. I asked for a manager. She said she was the only person there. She would not do anything for me and just told me to call my bank. It was Saturday so the extra charges were taken out of my account beyond my control. I am now disputing the charges with my bank and have to wait who knows how long to get my money back. I asked the cashier for a corporate phone number and she said they didnt have one. I asked who she calls if there is a problem and she shrugged her shoulders. What is going on with this company??? I will not set foot in this store again. The girl treated me like I was trying to get something for nothing when all I was asking for is for her to fix what she screwed up. If you dont know how to operate store equiptment fully, you shouldn't be standing at the counter ringing customers. Especially alone with no one in the store that can fix mistakes! What a headache for a bag full of crap for the kids. Never EVER again!

Never had a problem here. They had a great birthday deal for their members, but no longer offer quite as good of an incentive anymore.

Wow!! Super adorable store, everything a girl wants. They also have pop figurines!! Customer service was amazing !!

I find it interesting how quickly some reviewers jump to dramatic conclusions about retail employees while conveniently omitting their own behavior. Having shopped here on multiple occasions, I’ve seen customers be impatient, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude—then act shocked when the interaction doesn’t feel “warm and bubbly” enough for their liking. Yawning, being quiet, or not performing constant cheerfulness is not a moral failing. Employees are human beings working long shifts, not props hired to curate someone’s shopping “vibe.” Expecting nonstop enthusiasm regardless of circumstances feels more entitled than observant. I’m also skeptical of certain exaggerated claims. For example, I’ve never seen “security circling customers repeatedly” as described in one review. Awareness is standard in retail, and conflating that with harassment feels like a stretch designed to justify leaving without purchasing anything. Now, to be fair, not all criticism is baseless. Professionalism at the supervisory level does matter, and there are moments where management presence could be improved—basic hygiene and tone included. That’s a leadership issue, not a reason to disparage the entire staff. Overall, the store is organized, cute, and staffed by people clearly doing their best in an environment that customers often underestimate. Some reviews here say more about the reviewer than the employees they’re criticizing.
