Very cute inside! It’s very bright, clean and organized. If you’re looking for some of your favorite cutesy characters, here’s to place to find them. They also have mystery boxes and a few anime figures.

Very rude employee! I came in before 6pm. It was raining a lot so I went inside. The lady (middle aged) said that they close in 2 minutes. I was only inside for 5 seconds and left immediately because I understand employees want to go home. She says very loudly in a rude tone as I went out the door: "I don't care - they can find shelter from the rain someplace else." What? I didn't say or give her any attitude/expression, so I'm not sure why it was necessary for her to say that? I have no issues that they were closing or whatever, just why say something so rude to someone who was in the store for 5 seconds and quietly left? Left a nasty taste in my mouth!

The store is absolutely adorable—well-organized with plenty of charming and unique finds! However, the staff could use some improvement. While not everyone was unpleasant, one staff member stood out for the wrong reasons. I was calmly browsing an item when she rudely and abruptly asked me to move so she could organize a shelf. A bit more emphasis on customer service would make shopping here a consistently delightful experience!

Terrible customer service. I was next in line while the employee was busy chatting it up with the people before me. I didn’t mind waiting because she seemed sweet at first, but once it was my turn, I smiled and said hello — she gave nothing back. No greeting, no smile, just stared me up and down, walked away to grab something, came back, scanned my item, and stared at me to tap my card. Whole interaction was dry, rude, and uncomfortable. I was dead wrong for thinking she’d be nice. She had on big lashes, and I wish I got her name because that was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Miniso, do better with who you hire.

This store is nicely stocked and organized well. The staff are always helpful, even though sometimes it's difficult to get someone to the register to check out, once they are there, they offer great customer service! The store manager is great, and always helpful and at the register when needed. Overall, a very nicely put-together miniso, offering a wide variety of different products.
