Their tips were practical and showed that they genuinely care about their clients’ well-being. - Nice Spot: Mio Nails and Spa is a super nice spot! The ambiance is clean and inviting, making it a great place to unwind and treat yourself. - Orange Scrub Package: I highly recommend trying their Orange Scrub package. I opted for it to tackle the calluses on my feet, and it worked wonders! I absolutely love coming here! Hannah is amazing and have also had great experiences with everyone else I have seen for services. It is incredibly clean, they have tons of choices for gel and dip and their prices are very fair! Thank you for always making my nails gorgeous!
I’ve given this place so many chances. They always treat me horribly. They’re curt, rude and unwilling to do what I asked. I wanted a whole new acrylic set bc they were getting too long and I wanted a new color and shape. The lady told me I had a good base so she didn’t want to change them. Then she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to shorten them or change the shape. They offer other customers water, they’ve never offered me water ever. They let customers know that the massage chair they’re getting works or not and if that’s okay, not with me. Sure the quality of the nails is great but it’s not worth it. I’m done giving them my money.
Amazing job all the time super in love with this place. It’s clean. They’re friendly timely. Nicki is my favorite to do my nails/dip.
You call these stars? I’m not sure if I just came in at the wrong time but it was $15 extra for detail for each nails and that’s unbelievable especially how bad they made these stars. She was rushing the whole time. I could tell. When I showed my reference photo she sighed and showed her coworker next to her and she went “Hah!” and shook her head. Really? Also, she barely cleaned my cuticles well.
