Food & Taste: - Ordered a large veggie pho with tofu and veggies around 4:30 PM on a weekday. Called ahead to confirm they use a dedicated veggie broth. - The food was served quickly and tasted delicious. Chili oil was provided upon request, and Sriracha bottles were already set on all the tables (though having a house-made chili sauce would have been a nice touch). - Portion Note: Ordered a large size, but the portion felt more like a regular size compared to other places. Ambiance & Cleanliness: - The restaurant was fairly empty with plenty of available tables. A fun touch: a nice, decorative, colorful scooter parked right in the center of the dining area (looks like Ms. Pho's designated parking spot! :-)). - Areas for Improvement: The server counter and supply shelves were quite cluttered. While not outright messy, there were subtle signs that the floor and bathroom could use more attention, and the dining tables were slightly worn out at the edges. Parking & Location: - Found a parking spot right away, but keep in mind that the lot is shared with multiple other retail tenants, so it can get busy. Overall Verdict: Good food, but between the portion size and the minor cleanliness/upkeep details, it didn't quite hit the mark for top-tier value or a truly delightful overall experience.
Honestly, the waitress lady from Danang offered really great customer service, appreciated the friendliness Pho Sate - 8.9/10 - amazing spicy broth we got level 3 which was a good balance which still allowed myself to enjoy the full pho. Meat tender, and noodle was slightly on the overcooked side, but otherwise not a deal breaker. I would come back for this again - I also added creamy egg and beef rib, both were on the side, but the beef rib with sate was amazing, ask for a side of sweet fish sauce to dip the beef rib! Amazing Pho Hà Nội - 6.5/10 - beef broth average, beef was not as tender , different for sure, just not to our preference. If you don’t like green onions likely not the one for you. Viet Coffee - 7.5/10- was good same as regular viet coffee, nothing elevated. Still served great.
Had a fantastic meal here! The spicy pho had a great kick, the fried chicken wings were perfectly crispy, and the iced milk tea was the perfect way to wash it all down. Everything tasted amazing, but the highlight of the night was definitely the service. I really enjoyed chatting with our waitress—she was incredibly kind, fun to talk to, and made the whole dining experience feel super welcoming. I will absolutely be coming back!
I was recommended to try this restaurant. Since Phö seems to be a staple in the Seattle area. The first time I was in by myself and the second was with my beautiful daughter. Pho Sa Té Sài Gòn is definitely a game changer compared to …
Miss Pho in Seattle is… okay, and this might be a bit of a hot take. The pho is decent. Not bad, but not something I’d go out of my way for. The broth leans noticeably sweet, which some people may enjoy, but it does suggest a bit of a shortcut compared to more traditional styles. The standout was the beef rib. It was delicious and a real showstopper, but at $28, it feels hard to justify. Service was great. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant will likely do very well given its location and the crowd it attracts. That said, for the price and overall quality, there are many better options across the Seattle metro. As someone Vietnamese, I thought it was solid but not especially memorable. I can see why it appeals to a more Western or newer pho audience, and that’s fine, it clearly fills a niche. Would I come back? Maybe if someone suggested it, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
