Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

🚨 Update: I’ve ordered from Mo’ Bettahs several times because I genuinely enjoy their food. I almost always order the Ekolu, but I’ve noticed the chicken thighs haven’t been consistent. Unfortunately, the last three times I’ve ordered, the chicken was undercooked. I’m not writing this to be mean—I’m writing it because I hope they’ll work on consistency. When the chicken is cooked properly, the meal is delicious. I just can’t overlook undercooked chicken, especially when it’s happened three visits in a row. I truly hope they get this resolved because I’d like to continue supporting them. Hey, I have a question… Have y’all ever Tried Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food on Flamingo & Buffalo? Anywhoddles today I did just that. I wanted something different — and I’m glad I did 😋 The restaurant was very clean, the workers were friendly, and the portions were HUGE. I ordered the Ekolu Plate with teriyaki chicken, brown rice, and steamed veggies. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. And y’all… 3 meats and 5 sides? They are NOT stingy 😂 for some reason 3meats saying it cracks me up 🤭 😝 try saying it, it’ll crack you up too 😆 Great food, great service, and definitely enough leftovers for later. The plate with Kalua pig and Katsu chicken were savory. The Katsu was juicy but the Kalua was in the dry side. The flavor is there which I love. The serving is good for its price. Drive thru service is pleasant and didnt wait long for my meal to be ready.

I recently stopped by the Mo’ Bettahs on Buffalo and Flamingo, and I have to say, the experience was excellent from start to finish. I ordered the regular plate with double katsu chicken and extra mac salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The katsu chicken was cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside with a golden crunch, yet juicy and flavorful on the inside. You could really taste the care that went into making it. The mac salad deserves its own shout-out.it’s creamy, well-seasoned, and has that classic Hawaiian comfort food feel. I love that they don’t skimp on portions either; everything was served fresh, hot, and generous. The plate felt like a complete, satisfying meal that hits every craving. The staff at this location were friendly, patient, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was right, and the service was quick even though they were fairly busy. The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and well-maintained the kind of environment that makes you want to sit down and enjoy your food rather than rush out. Overall, this Mo’ Bettahs location has earned a spot on my list of favorite places in Las Vegas for a casual but high-quality meal.
