I was a walk in because my regular place was closed today, so I expected to have to wait. I brought my own gel color for my toes. While the refill was “quick” it’s also very thick and the shape is off, like I’m going to have to go pay someone to fix it. I told her I was not sure if I had time to do a pedicure because there was only 2 people working and I don’t have the patience to sit and wait forever, at about the 20 minute mark of waiting I was about to leave. The lady informed me someone was on their way in and it would be a few minutes. I got my service that was marked for $27 on their menu. I brought my own gel polish. As she was finishing my service, nails painted, she went back to do some final touches with the file and sliced the top of my toe open. Literally dripping blood 🩸 everywhere, she tried using multiple liquids including alcohol, some type of antiseptic and super glue. It bled for a while before she finally gave up and let the cotton adhere to my skin and blood, and sent me to the front desk to pay. The refill and brow wax was $50 the pedicure was $40. I understand it being a little extra for time spent, but I would also understand not charging as much because of the cut and me providing my own polish. I was hopeful this would become my new regular salon, but after being cut badly enough to bleed significantly and still was hopeful this would become my new regular salon, but after being cut badly enough to bleed significantly and still being charged full price despite bringing my own polish, I left disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management reaches out to address this.(I’m posting pictures but I’m already aware I have ugly feet before anyone wants to come at me)

Honest review. I've come here a few times and have not always have a good experience. There there isn't enough staff that understands it can translate in English so it makes it difficult when you're trying to ask them to correct something. Also there is obviously a different skill set. Some are more skilled than others. I am a simple nailed girly so I don't do designs. I normally do just a neutral color and a simple shape. I get my nails done by the owner. She does really good work. She's usually a little frantic because she's the only one who from what I've seen truly understands English, but she also does the best work very simple. For my toes, I haven't had bad experiences again. I do just a simple gel pedicure so there's not a lot of room for every once in a while. I have to tell them to clean up the polish or the shape but not much other than that. spot is nothing special but for the price that you're going to pay for my feet and nails I pay roughly $75 and you know that's typically what you spend just getting your nails done most places so I'd say you get what you pay for here, but if you keep it simple and cute You should be fine. Also, the owner to my feelings does the best simple nail work

I came in last minute for a simple file down and polish with a French tip pedicure. I was clear that I did not want a full pedicure or acrylic added to my toes. The owner understood my request, but when I arrived the other staff seemed hesitant about who would help me and were sitting on their phones. The technician did a decent job overall, but struggled with the French tip, which was disappointing given how minimal my request was. I wasn’t happy with the result but accepted it since it was last minute. Unfortunately, the polish chipped the very next day. For such a basic service, I expected better execution and longer-lasting polish.

I'm 62 yrs old, not to bash, but guys this is so sad I went to model nails on monday, a week ago, the tech that did my nails did a horrible job, she did not file my nails just the side, the other techs saw her work told her something in her language, rosa she said to me that she would fix my nails...I just wanted to leave, the lady that did my nails took off the color they looked like popcorn ceiling said that she didn't file because my fingers were sensitive. This is how they look...like my 10 yr old granddaughter did my nails...this is the tech
