First time here and the last time . I spent $105 for basic pedicure and dipped nails and eyebrows. Each person got $5 each. Only to wake up the next day with smudge looking nails. The lady kept on telling marble look. No it was 1 solid color no marble look .so know I have thick as screwed up nails . The lady this morning gave me cash of $45 for the nails . I took it only because my time .i told her I am disputing with my credit card . They should refunded me the whole thing back. And I was stupid for taking the $45 but I am still going to dispute this this shit. Stay away from here .

3rd time is the charm. The first day I came it was going well I asked to have the same color red on my toes and nails they were nice enough to still take me in around the time they were closing and I appreciated that since I had a wedding to attend the next day but once home my mother and I saw that my nails were a orange red and not red red like I had asked. I went the next day for them to fix it. My mother came. Tina did not seem happy with having to redo my nails and I had apologized. While trying to find the color to match my toes she had suggest gel to cover it up. I repeatedly told her it would come off my nails. She asked how long it lasted and told her less then a week (I work with children, I paint. I am constantly washing my hands). My mother told her we will do gel nail but if it comes off she will come back for a FREE set because I told her 3 times it wouldn’t stay and she was very persistent. She changed the color. She charged me $25 and 3 days later on a Wednesday I had seen that it chipped off. I called and told them. I came in asking for my free set. I was speaking to the manager and he was going to charge me. He wasn’t there that day so I had to explain to him what had happened. He honored what was told to me. Which I appreciate. But can I just say, sitting in that chair while Tina did my nails was so uncomfortable for me. I heard her telling her coworker how I called Wednesday but came today (Saturday). I’m a mother, I also work. I am busy. Luckily I had taken pictures on Wednesday as proof. Anyways, I stayed quite the whole time. Having other coworkers hover over my nails. I was uncomfortable. She had me wait 5 mins for the mail to dry. She did not come back to clean up my nails and to put the oil that they normally do. It’s fine but I will not be coming back to this place. If you want good quality service y’all should go to Zuri Nail House in Hurst!

Terrible work! over charged ! Dirty establishment!!!! The price they originally gave me was 65$ by the time she was finished doing my nails the price went up to 75$ then right before she was about to start painting my nails she said 80$ I told her I wasn’t paying her not another dime,75$ was all that she was getting. My nails looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I went there on a Monday and by Wednesday two of my nails had broke. I will never let any nail tech in that salon touch my nails

Horrible Experience at this nail salon, DO NOT GO THERE. I was the only individual in the salon and it still took over 2 hours to leave. I wanted a French Tip and the tech had to redo my nails 3 times because the Gel polish was not drying properly. The owner was not present to address the issue. After so much hassle and having me late for my makeup appointment, they still expected the entire price of service after me leaving with none dry nails. I had to visit another nail salon to redo my manicure.
