It feels like their reply was just for appearances. I showed these pictures to another salons and they all surprised, also during service they said they can tell my natural nail got damaged. I paid $90 for this service, and I truly regret booking an appointment so last-minute on New Year’s Eve. My natural nails were damaged because my previous extensions were peeled off by hand instead of being properly removed. I contacted the salon specifically about the damage to my natural nails, but this concern has been repeatedly ignored. In addition, the final result looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. I initially showed a reference photo of a French design with silver details, but during the service, I became concerned about the technician’s technique and asked to remove the silver elements and proceed with a simple French design only. Despite this, the final result still did not match what I requested. At checkout, I was suddenly informed that credit cards were not accepted (cash/Zelle only). This was never disclosed in advance or posted anywhere in the salon, although in later messages the salon claimed that I had been informed. When I raised these concerns with photos and messages, the salon refused a refund and dismissed the issues as “miscommunication,” while continuing to avoid addressing the nail damage itself. This experience involved unsafe practices, poor workmanship, and a lack of accountability.
5 stars every time. Great service, highly skilled nail tech, Elly, Mia, and Layla are my girls, front desk team Angie and Chris always so helpful and welcoming, clean salon, and beautiful results. Super consistent and professional. Highly recommend!
I got an amazing gel pedicure with nail art from Mimi! I came yesterday with no appointment and was seated immediately. It’s very clean inside and comfortable. Very reasonable prices and a large selection of services. I’m not in this area often, but if I am again, I’ll definitely come back!
I came here to get my wedding nails done and couldn’t be happier with the results! They did a fantastic job. The nail designer—Eli, if I remember correctly—was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand the design I had in mind. She made sure everything was just right, and I ended up with exactly the look I wanted. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion (or just a treat for yourself)!
I really wanted to love this place but had negative experiences the last several times I went. Today, I made a 4:30 appointment for a pedicure. They put me in a chair around 4:45, and the nail tech didn’t sit down until 5pm, with no apology or even acknowledgement of being so behind. To select your color, they hand you a gigantic ring of polishes on fake nails to look through (and I’ve found the polish rarely looks anything like the sample once they paint, which is always annoying). Today, I selected my color then the front desk guy came and grabbed the ring away to give to another client before they got my polish and I couldn’t even remember which one I had picked and then had to rush to find one. But the main issue was the nail tech herself. There are basics you expect with getting your nails done, such as cutting and filing evenly. She cut my big toe nail completely sideways - left the nail super long on one side and cut down so short on the other. I asked her to even it out and she was so confused to the point another tech had to come show her. Now that I’m home, I can see the edges are super jagged and I’ve had to refile them all. She kept messing up as she painted and had to redo one of my big toes completely. And then the second she finished, she started to remove the toe dividers. I asked her to leave them because one of my toes tucks behind the others and I know it will ruin the polish. Cut to another woman working there coming and pulling them out one second later because she said she couldn’t get my shoes on with them in. What?! I’d just asked to keep them in, and I could have gotten my shoes on myself easily. And of course now my polish on those toes has imprints on it. All around this left me wishing I’d just given myself a pedicure at home. If this had been a one-off, I might let it go. But I had similarly long wait last time and an equally junior nail tech who flooded my cuticles and didn’t paint the top coat down as far as the polish so it left a huge line. This place is always packed so I can’t figure out if I just keep getting bad techs or if others just don’t care? Either way, I won’t be back.
