I LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice and talented. I go to Eric, who is especially talented at intricate designs & attention to detail. I’m always so happy with my nails here & am grateful to have found Eric and “my nail salon” that I can recommend whole heartedly. The price is also good, options ranging from gel $35 and up based on how crazy you want the designs. Whatever you get here it will be a good experience :)

I’m not sure what happened this time, but I got my nails done before here and they lasted me. This time only lasted me 2 days. Jenny is really nice and awesome she did my nails I really loved them, but to pay 90 + tip on nails that lasted me 2 days is unacceptable!!

I booked a regular manicure and when I arrived I added a pedicure without polish. Technicians: Helen did my manicure, $25. She did a nice job of filing my nails and when I pointed out the cuticles and dry skin that she had left, she kindly attended to it. Mimi did my pedicure, $35. She shaped the nails nicely but she doesn't speak English. I asked her not to buff my soles, she nodded with understanding but a few minutes later she started buffing my soles. I reiterated that I had already told her not to do that. She continued to pretend to understand and I repeated myself at least another 2 times. She finally stopped when Helen told her. I don't think she did this with maliciousness, she seems very sweet. But I find it rude Pretending to understand rather than trying to understand. Negatives: 1. An hour or so after booking my appointment (on 12/31/25) online for 5:30pm same day , I received a call that they were closing early, asking me if I want to come earlier. Appreciate they contacted me but it would have been nice if they had updated their website in advance to proper times so I wouldn't have to scramble. 2. I had called them a few days prior and was told they accept credit card. When I was ready to pay after services were completed, I was told their credit card machine was stolen so I had to Zelle them the payment. I would expect to have been told this before the appointment either by phone when he called to reschedule or in the email confirmation when I initially booked the appointment. 3. Most importantly, their regular polish by DnD is absolutely terrible. Not sure if it's the polish or if Moi added something to extend the life of it. It was a bit lumpy/textured when it dried but looked pretty good overall due to Helen's meticulous application. However, within a day, a large percentage of the polish came off. I did wash dishes and cook without gloves but I've never had this issue before - maybe slight chipping when not using gloves but not this extreme. See photos, both hands. 4. Lastly, Moi refused to fix it for free They saw the photos and said I could get a polish change for $15. I was told they do not guarantee regular manicures. They only warranty their gel manicures for 5 days. I get after a few days but the extent of the chipping indicates to me their was something wrong with their polish. Not offering to fix it for free is terrible service given the faulty product. I sadly won't be returning for me weekly manicure.

I had a pedicure with Linda today and I absolutely loved it! Everything was done very neatly and professionally, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. You can really tell she cares about her work. I will definitely come back and highly recommend her 💅✨
