Mom's Pho & Banh Mi is a welcoming Restaurant serving Vietnamese dishes at 7459 Amador Valley Blvd in Dublin, CA 94568. Located in a small strip-mall setting, it gives Dublin and Tri-Valley diners a nearby option when a bowl of noodles, a banh mi, or a satisfying rice plate is calling. The restaurant is open daily from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, making it an accessible choice for a casual lunch, an early dinner, or a dependable meal throughout the week. With a 4.7 rating from 110 reviews, it has earned warm local attention.

Pho is a central reason to visit Mom's Pho & Banh Mi. Customers describe the pho broth as tasty, with a touch of sweetness, while reviews repeatedly point to careful preparation and generous bowls. Bun bo Hue is one dish that stands out in feedback: the beef-based noodle soup was described with thick rice noodles, slow-stewed beef tendon, beef brisket, and Vietnamese sausage. That detailed bowl makes the restaurant especially relevant for diners who already know and love this classic spicy noodle soup, as well as curious guests wanting to explore beyond a standard pho order.

The menu feedback reaches well beyond soup. A reviewer called the beef vermicelli super fresh and said its fish sauce tasted homemade, while the pork chop rice plate also received praise. One wing order was remembered for crisp skin and meat that fell easily from the bone. These comments suggest a useful range for mixed groups: someone can choose noodles, another can order a rice plate, and others can add sandwiches or share sides. Rather than limiting a visit to one familiar favorite, Mom's offers several Vietnamese comfort-food directions to consider.

Beef Satay Pho is another noted choice, described by a customer as rich, spicy, and full of flavor. The same review found the portion notably large and the price fair, a helpful consideration for diners assessing value or deciding whether to share. The beef banh mi was also part of that positive meal, pairing naturally with the restaurant's noodle and rice options. For a first visit, customer reviews provide concrete starting points: pho for broth-focused comfort, bun bo Hue for a heartier beef noodle soup, or a banh mi and rice plate for a meal outside the soup bowl.

Mom's Pho & Banh Mi suits local Vietnamese-food fans, families choosing different dishes, and Tri-Valley diners looking for a relaxed everyday stop in Dublin, California. Reviewers note cute interior decor and outdoor seating, which can be a pleasant choice on warm days. A reviewer also found parking easy in the small strip-mall lot, though availability can naturally vary. Whether stopping in on a weekday or weekend, the daily 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM schedule makes it simple to plan a visit around a freshly prepared Vietnamese meal.

My new go to place for pho in Dublin! I've lived in Dublin my whole life and haven't been able to find a good pho place around here for years. We ordered 6 items with no misses! Angle wings were so crispy and fell off the bone. Beef Vermicelli was super fresh all and the fish sauce tasted homemade. Beef pho was so tasty. The soup was so refreshing and delicious and the meat was super tender. The thai tea was a tiny bit too sweet for me but that might have been the only issue I had. I will definitely be back with my friends and family ;3

Bun bo Hue is always my go-to when it comes to Vietnamese dishes. Bun bo Hue is a beef-based noodle soup. my bowl came loaded with a generous handful of spaghetti-thick rice noodles, tender chunk of slow-stewed beef tendon, some slices of beef brisket, and a few pieces of Vietnamese sausage. The broth was next level, super complex, salty, umami, spicy and full-bodied, with that bright citrusy kick from the lemongrass that really stood out. Banh-mi is so perfectly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth inside.

Surprisingly it’s hard to find a good pho joint in the Tri-valley area. So when we land on a good one, it’s a big win! Mom’s in a very small strip mall lot. It’s at the deep end so parking is quite easy. They also have some outside seating which is a nice option on warm days. Inside decor is cute with Vietnamese scenery murals on all the walls. We got the shrimp pho and fish banh mi sandwich. Pho was very large portion and a generous helping of 9 large shrimps. Banh mi was also a good size and very flavorful. Service was nice and prompt. Will definitely come back when we next crave a good hot pho.

If you love Vietnamese food, this place in Dublin is a must-visit! I ordered the Beef Satay Pho and it was AMAZING — rich, spicy, and full of flavor. The portion is huge, honestly good for 2 people, and the price is very fair. So healthy and refreshingly delicious! I also tried the Beef Banh Mi, and it tasted so authentic with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. The interior gives real Vietnam vibes.Service was also fast and friendly... Definitely coming back! Highly recommend! ✅

It was our first time here, foods are well prepped, I could tell the chefs are not sloppy in cooking process. Pho soup was tasty, had a little sweetness to it. Banh mi was good too. Pork chop rice plate was also on point. We had no complaints on any of our order. The place has been opened a year and half I heard. Its not a fancy place but you still can bring a date here just to enjoy good food. My only gripe is maybe they can put just a bit more noodles in the pho soup. Make sure when you tip, you tip on subtotal, not total because the machine would get you confused.
