Dr. Julia did a fantastic job of talking me through the process, and then carefully implementing the fixes I needed.
Very friendly staff including the dentist. They knew what they were doing. I opened my mouth and the assistant was able to tell immediately I had braces and which tooth was removed 24 years ago. I was able to get in and get out. I loved the professionalism as well. You feel welcomed as soon as you step into the office, during your visit and when you leave.
Didn't even have to step foot into this office to tell you keep your mouth away from here. They put me on hold, hung up on me then called me back and told me they didn't do thst even though it was the same lady. Terrible customer service
Dentist visits are very expensive at times. I asked to know the prices of treatments so I can comparison shop. They said they do not provide anything of that nature until I pay for a consultation. I mentioned my insurance plan and how much will it be for consultation with my insurance plan. They said they cannot tell me until the day before my appointment for the cost I will have to pay and they have a 24 hour cancellation policy of $50. Im glad I also booked with SD Modern Dentistry they told me a few days before my appointment that my insurance will cover my consultation and they have way more positive reviews. I wish that here, they would understand that I need to know cost so I can budget,sometimes I have to pay a lot so Id rather go with a dentist that is not making me feel like they want to keep me in the dark about the cost of different types of dental work. All you need is a simple chart. So I just cancelled my appt and dont plan to be back.
These people are dishonest. I had an issue with Mayra the HMO manager where she made slanderous remarks to the point where I spoke with Todd Mora one of the owners only for him to tell me that he believed his employee and would not even hear my side of the story. I have filed a claim with my dental provider and will soon file a claim with the BBB. Stay away from these people as there are plenty of options.
