Morning Drip Coffee & Dining

Do not order sea crab fried spring rolls (Nem ran cua be). We did not taste or see any crab meat. When looking the rolls, they looked just like another eggroll.

First of, the name of the place is deceiving. This is not a coffee shop w/ foods. It's more like a restaurant with some coffee and tea drinks. Don't expect to lounge around or anything. They do have free WIFI! Having said that, its a good place to hang out on the patio and have breakfast with a cup of Joe. Food and service are both good.

I am a coffee fanatic, professional Vietnamese cuisine and culture enthusiast, and cafe finder. I saw this on the corner of Brookhurst and Hazard where a restaurant used to be. I come from the school of all kinds of cafes both American and Vietnamese. This cafe has a full restaurant menu in the school of iPlanet and i4Coffee, only the menu is leaner (an immediate good sign btw) the atmosphere and service is excellent. They are very nice and open to feed back as any good restaurant, bistro, or cafe should be. They have free wifi if you're a worker bee like me. Their egg coffee is fantastic. The flavor hits perfectly. A great after meal addition of the taste buds. I had their Vietnamese Skillet Baguette. The sauce was fantastic. I loved the Filet mignon. It absorbed all the delectable juices and complimented the meat pâté and eggs. A delicious pork alternative for the carnivorous at heart. For a soft opening, this looks like it will be a hit. I highly recommend this breath of fresh and and escape from the processed synthetic American cafe chains. If you want a delightful place to relax and work while enjoyed ng great coffee and mouth-waterimg Vietnamese food and snacks and appetizers, try this place.

Heard about it and want to chè it out. It’s nice and spacious, plenty of parking and they do have a great side patio seating with cover over looking the street some table in the front entrance and plenty on the parking side too with covered. Menu is not big with both breakfast and regular menu. Plenty of choices to choose from. Services are great, friendly & nice. The foods are good, good portion size. Nothing really pop out…prices are okey, can be prices for several dishes but overall not bad for portion. Had a good breakfast overall.

Food was decent. Garlic rice was good. But there were a few things that I was not happy about 1- there is flying insect in my soup and i saw the same insects going to the restroom 2- water is self served but the cup is so small that my husband has to get up 4 times to refill. But I had to tip still so that was really weird 3- two persons ordered 2 dishes but the second one did not come out until we finish the first dish. Timing was off. 4- they did not even ask me how my food was or my experience was. They probably dont care too much about feedback? Would not come back
