I had higher hopes from the TikTok I saw for pedicure and gel nails...1st off i didn't get the girl i requested but i didn't want to walk out and give Lisa the benefit of the doubt. First off I'm in a tiny little room that was very cluttered not a clean environment. Unfortunately she did not speak one word of English nor understand so I had hoped for the best. To start she did not use a sanitizer bag on the pedicure tub, when I asked where is the sanitizer bag she said no no worry... that should have been my first cue to leave. Then because I had a top layer of gel oh my regular polish on my toes I told her she needed to buff it to get the polish off she didn't understand and she filed my nails so thin that they have already broken and my nails are usually very strong on my toes. I told her not to cut down just file w a stronger file grit because I like to keep them a little bit on the longer side, and do not cut the corners. What did she do barely filed I cut off the corners, so they are extremely Sharp. Then she slammed my foot down out of the water to do a very basic scrub w no massage...Then to top it off she did not use base coat prior polish who does that??? not to mention all her implements We're All Laying in her cart not looking sanitized as most places keep the clean ones separated. It's very hard for me to not report this unsanitary experience especially with the fungus problem always going around they better pray I do not catch a fungus otherwise there will be repercussions ! I have a feeling these ladies are not even legally citizens nor legally licensed... you need to start hiring people that can service Americans properly!!! Anyhow I don't usually leave negative reviews ever but this seems very necessary to let other ladies know about the unprofessional unclean manicure pedicure experience. Sorry in advance if you are offended or do not agree.... I really hope they fix this problem because I think this location could be great!
Good services, I feel relaxing every time when I come. The staffs are friendly and they are taking time on my hair. They use professional products on my hair and skin, I feel my hair smooth and my skin brightening. I always be back with my mom even though my mom likes Mrs Lan.
I’ve been here for different services many times. I am so in love with the environment, friendly staffs and of course, their products. I haven’t asked what products they used for my facial treatments but it helps my skin clean, bright and shine every single time. Even the shampoo they used for my hair that keeps my hair clean for couple of days. I highly recommend this place if you ever feel like pampering yourself !!!
The best massage. This is excellent service, the price is very cheap. Everyone should try to go here. The staff, Mrs. Lan is very friendly. I will come back again
Came here for my vacation to California, love the blow hair and facial service. It’s very relaxing. My skin and hair feels so soft and pretty. Highly recommend
