My Nail Spa

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the Nail Spa. There’s a strong overwhelming chemical smell as soon as you enter the door. The ventilation is awful. I was assigned an older Asian woman for my manicure and she was very unskilled. She did a terrible job on my cuticles and could not shape my nails properly. I think she’s used to dealing with acrylics more so than natural nails. I told her that I didn’t like the job that she was doing and she told me that she had been doing nails for many years. I would have left at that point, but I was under a time crunch. I pulled out my own file and started to file my nails. Another tech, Moon, sat next to us and I asked her to finish my nails. She had to redo my cuticles and reshape my nails. She finished my nails and they were ok. I’ll give Moon an 8 out of 10. Overall, the service was horrible. The skills were lacking. The atmosphere was toxic…literally. And a basic manicure took over an hour and it should have been 45 minutes tops. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came for a Deluxe Pedicure with Le Le and she did an amazing job. I can just agree with all the positive reviews. It took over an hour in total so worth it for a little spa experience. The massage was really long and relaxing - she knew what she was doing! Great products, peeling, lotion and polish. The salon itself it not fancy like Valentino nail but the service is so much better and that’s what counts for me. Everyone was friendly and they offered me a complementary drink as well. Overall 10/10 - I will definitely come back!

I came in today for a full set and gel pedicure. Everyone exceeded my expectations especially Gina. She took her time doing my nails and they turned out perfect. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend coming here. They was closing at 8 and I came in at the last minute. Instead of them pushing me away. They took me in and did my pedicure and manicure. We just now getting done @10:39pm. They are wonderful, excellent customer service, very nice, polite Mr long, MS Lee, and Mr Wayne was very excellent. I love my nails and toes

I absolutely love this nail spa! I came to NC because my husband travels for work and I’m so blessed I found this place and actually went to it. So worth it! Awesome customer service! All the staff is so nice! Prices are fantastic! I’ve been Here for 2 months and I’ve gotten my toes and nails done 3 times! They are so durable and so gorgeous! I have not had a bad pedicure or full set be this great like this and all 3 times! I love it!! As long as I am here in NC I will chose this place!!
