The waiting room, offices and exam rooms are spotless. I have always been taken back to the exam room promptly after my arrival. The personal is always well prepared and explain every step of the way. The dental assistants are very well trained and exceed my expectations on the quality of care they give. The dentist are always in a good mood, apologetic if they run only a moment behind schedule. The numbing experience was very easy and painless. I am happy with all dental care done thus far. And the prices are very reasonable. I really do appreciate all the appointment reminder text. I would recommend this office 100%
I got an implant at a great price with professional service. They really care because I have been closely followed with appointments to make sure im healing and things are going as scheduled. They are truly good and top notch professional at a reasonable price.
This office is superb. Olga, the office manager is on top of everything. She needs to keep doing what she does exactly how she does it. She has a great demeanor and attitude. The receptionist, Lizvet, makes you feel right at home. All in all, the staff including the Dentists and hygienists are a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I found this place. No change except kudos to Brianna and Hygienist, Michelle who is at the top of her game. Grazie to all of you!
I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The staff is so welcoming and I appreciate how timely and professional they are. I’ve had previous bad experiences with OTHER practices and at My Smile they were understanding of my feelings and worked patiently with me to be comfortable and clear about what steps to take towards my dental hygiene. I now feel confident and comfortable and get excited to visit cause I know I’ll be heard and even the most scary procedures are met with care and gentle treatment.
