N'Joy Nails / Tracy Pedicure

Phillip is my Go-To, he’s absolutely amazing!! (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) But all nail techs here are wonderful and kind. I’ve been a regular since 2019. I get Much better service here than any other “high-end” salons I’ve been too. More than anything else I care mostly about the quality of how my nails look after they are done and that I’m satisfied, they get it right all the time. Very happy customer

I paid for a manicure, pedicure and tipped $20. When I left and saw my nails in the sun I could see that the polish had been applied so lightly you could see streaks through to my natural nail. I returned within 30 minutes and asked for a refund for the manicure only. The staff said it was my fault because I picked the color but it had nothing to do with that, it was about how it was applied. I was then told I should've said something during the manicure even though I could t see how bad it was until I was outside. They refused a refund so I am disputing with my bank and never returning. There were also several other things I could mention about cleanliness and the overall environment but I'll leave it at this.

Very negative experience. The first time I went I asked for them to remove my acrylics for a new color (wanted just gel). To my shock, they started POPPING them off. I immediately told them it wasn't acceptable and I was in so much pain. The rest of the service wasn't bad that day and my nails lasted a good while after (just gel). So I decided to give them another try and let's just say never again. The lady cut me, pretended it didn't happen, and just shrugged. It still hurts. Extremely unsanitary with them just reusing the tools over and over again. I asked for small polka dots and she couldn't even do that. The design looked so awful I gave up and just told her plain white would do. Then after looking at my nails, the shapes looked ridiculous. They were all different so I asked if she could fix that too. My nails are filed so thin it is insane. I get that the prices are somewhat good, but if you have any standards I wouldn't recommend this salon. Even though it is cheap. UPDATE: My nails are insanely brittle have now broken down. This place has ruined my nails and it is extremely painful!!

Jenny was AWESOME!!! She was extremely meticulous and did such a great job with my half moon manicure. On top of being a great manicurist, she was super friendly. :) I come here monthly for business and this is definitely going to be my nail spot to unwind and get ready for work events. Fantastic pricing as well.

Philip always do my nails they just last longer and he will really take the time to perfect it. That’s why I would always look for him :) these are my nails that he did for the past few weeks
