They take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you leave looking sharp. Highly recommend if you want reliable service at a great value!
I am extremely disappointed with my haircut. I previously had shoulder-length hair and showed the stylist a reference from her own book, but the result was awful. My hair now looks like a boy’s cut from the back—completely shredded. The front is uneven, with the right-side bangs much shorter than the left, and both sides are noticeably different in length. The pricing is misleading. Their board says $12 for a haircut, but they actually charge based on hair length. I ended up paying $20, and then she tried to upsell me a blow-dry and shampoo for an extra $25. On top of that, she insulted my hair and pushed me to get a keratin treatment, without knowing anything about my personal situation. The environment was not peaceful or relaxing—just constant sales pressure. Salons should be a stress-free space, not a toxic experience. I do not recommend this place for haircuts. Stay away.

I have been coming here for about 9 years now and I'm very grateful for the service and friendliness of this place. Phoebe does a great job showing interest in her customers and her employees. I used to live around the corner, and now I live about an hour away in Bellaire, but I always find time to come visit for a perfect haircut and a good conversation catching up. I see the same great customer service every time. We need more people like Phoebe around.
I have been using them for the last 6 months. I started with a different person cutting my hair and for the last two times it has been a sweet woman named Loan. She understands exactly how I want my hair cut and she takes her time. I appreciate her hard work, talent and customer service. Thank you guys at N & P salon. You guys are all champs.
