I had the pleasure of booking an appointment with Dayana, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand my hair and knew exactly what it needed. She brought my hair back to life! I absolutely love how it turned out and will definitely be booking with her again. I am extremely disappointed with this salon. I came in with high expectations for a keratin treatment, but from the moment I arrived, no one could communicate with me in basic English or properly answer my questions. During the treatment, I was asked to sign a document while sitting under the dryer, and when I asked what I was signing, I was simply told, “It’s nothing.” I also asked for bangs, but the stylist cut far more hair than I requested, I tried to stay positive and hoped at least the keratin treatment would be worth it. I followed every aftercare instruction exactly as I was told, including waiting five days before washing my hair and blow-drying it with heat. After the very first wash, my hair was curly again, as shown in the photos and video I sent the owner. As a response the owner simply sent me the document I had unknowingly signed which apparently said that they are basically not responsible for anything and repeatedly refused to issue even a partial refund. When I called to discuss it, he avoided my questions, claimed refunds are only available within 48 hours (despite instructing me not to wash my hair for five days), and eventually hung up on me. I paid nearly $300 for a treatment that did not work and left with both curly hair and a haircut I never wanted. The lack of professionalism and customer service was even more disappointing than the treatment itself.

Dayana was able to transform my hair from black to "morena iluminada". She is very knowledgeable and will tell you what can be done or what can't be done. Listen to her and trust the process.

I did a walk-in today and was taken great care of by Dayana! No wait time, an amazing wash and trim, and overall excellent service. This isn’t my first time, and it definitely won’t be my last. The entire experience was a 10/10! Thank you so much, Dayana!

I really didn’t want to have to write a bad review on this place because at the end of my service I really did love my hair and the lady who did my hair was very nice if I knew what I knew now I would NEVER set foot in that establishment. But I’m putting this warning out for anyone who has any KINKS OR COILS in their hair. YOU WILL HAVE HEAT DAMAGE AFTER!!! back in February I received a silk press at this salon a few weeks later after washing it out I discovered the damage done not only to the ends of my hair but most of my strands. I even went back and showed them the damage and the lady (who i believe was the owner) seemed as if she was upset that I even came in there to voice my complaints very rude and spoke to my in Spanish the whole time (I don’t speak Spanish). She gave me no solution except to keep washing my hair and it will go back to normal. MY HAIR HAS YET TO REVERT TO THIS DAY!! I’ve done multiple silk presses in the past and my hair always reverted after 1 wash. LETS NOT FORGET UNKNOWN CHARGES FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT On top of that I didn’t even get the service I asked for but that’s one me for not speaking up (I’ve included pictures of my original appointment confirmation, my hair before, hair after)
