The new salon is gorgeous and has such a welcoming vibe. You can tell Katie really cares about her work and her clients. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 💅✨
Stopped in for a quick pedicure at a new salon and had a great experience. Lots of spa chairs if you want to take a group - and friendly service with lots of upgradeable options. I loved the massage chairs and clean atmosphere. They emphasized that they have single use foot spa water filters so it's especially clean!
Daisy did an amazing job on my nails! It was my first time getting builder gel and they turned out exactly like I had hoped. She took her time with each step making sure it was perfect and didn't rush or make me feel rushed at all. This salon is so clean and the nail artists are so kind. I'm only in town visiting but the next time I am here I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Daisy for the wonderful experience!
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I received a dip manicure and regular pedicure. Within three days, two of my dip nails had already fallen off, and another came off the following day. That level of poor durability is unacceptable for a professional service. In addition, a couple nails had thick, uneven overlays, making the set look sloppy and poorly executed. Regular pedicure was fine. I sent photos and requested a partial or full refund since I live in a different county and cannot reasonably return for repairs. My request was denied, and I was instead asked to pay again in order to receive a refund, which is unreasonable. While the salon itself is clean, free of strong chemical odors, and has a relaxing atmosphere, the quality of the work does not match the environment. Overall, this was a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone needing reliable or long-lasting nails, especially for an event or special occasion. Take your business elsewhere.
In town from NYC and took a chance in a nail salon I’d never been to before, and I’m so glad I did! Customer service was top tier from the moment we entered the door! I opted for an almond shape medium Gel X set with chrome and a French tip. He did such a wonderful job! Very detail oriented. The pedicure is also worth every penny. My husband and I both received one and were very happy with the results. He also received a manicure and had zero complaints. Highly recommend if you’re in town.
