Cathy is my nail tech and Judy is my daughter’s nail tech and they are both really good nail ladies. I highly recommend either one of them. Also, for Pedi’s I try to go to Holly even though they all do a pretty good job. Holly is super sweet and gets my toes that have ingrown out and they don’t grow back for weeks. The purple nails are my daughters nails done by Judy and the rest are the nails for the past few months that I have gotten done by Cathy 💜 Thank you Ladies!! We are always very happy 😊

Zero stars I literally had to put at least one star to post this, but they don’t even deserve that. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at Nailed It in Spring Valley. I left the salon extremely upset due to the poor quality of my nail set. The design I received was not what I requested, and instead of informing me that the design could not be done, the technician proceeded anyway. Before I even left the salon, one of my nails was already lifting. Now, the color is coming off at the very top of my nails. I was charged $83 for a set that was clearly not completed properly. When I brought my concerns forward, I did not feel accommodated or valued as a client. The response I received was dismissive, and the manager was very short and unprofessional. I was not offered a refund, a discount, or any meaningful solution to correct the issue. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect quality service and professionalism. I would have gladly allowed the nails to be removed and redone, but that option was not properly offered. Instead, I left feeling unheard and extremely disappointed. This experience was especially upsetting because it was for Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately, the quality of the service did not reflect the price charged. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your customer service and quality standards. No client should leave feeling the way I did

I used to love this place until I had a bad experience. I came in to get my birthday nail set and made an appointment beforehand. The nail tech asked me if she could do someone else’s nail in the MIDDLE of my appointment because one of her clients did a WALK IN for 1 broken nail (despite me making an appointment BEFOREHAND). The lady was getting pissy and rude despite her being a WALK IN client, so she paused my service to do hers instead. I also showed the nail tech my reference picture, and she didn’t do it right which disappointed me. She charged me 100$ despite not doing the reference picture adequately, and taking 2 and a half hours to complete my set. Not to mention, I had switched what I wanted for my nails before she started painting them, because I wanted to add pink accents to my white and gold set. She said I shouldn’t add gold, so we’re going to stick to pink because it looks better, as if it’s her choice to choose what I’m paying for. Plus, she couldn’t do 3-D flowers which is why my reference picture wasn’t reflected in the work. This confused me because at the beginning of my appointment, she said she could do any design I asked for. I’ve also been overcharged for sets before including $70-$80 for a SHORT French tip.

Definitely would not recommend this nail salon, customer service is not great at all KRISTY is very rude, the workers don't even understand English. The salon was dirty and poorly maintained. The tools did not appear to be properly sanitized, which made me very uncomfortable. My manicure was rushed and not done well, with uneven polish and missed spots. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Went yesterday and got both a manicure and a full set. Loved it, the lady doing my pedicure was nice and the lady who did my nail set was a bit stand offish, but left me to my own devices otherwise, which was perfect for me since I cannot do small talk for the life of me. She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them! I love them!
