Not gonna lie I’m disappointed in my experience here. I usually go to ULux on Oak Lawn (right next door). Only reason I came here was because my usual nail techie on vacay and I had an event to go to. I came in and showed the nail tech the picture of the design that I wanted (which I included in this post). When I showered her the picture she told me that I needed to choose something more basic because it would be too much money. This was before she even told me what the price would be. I asked “are you able to do this design”? And she told me again that it would be too much and began to make recommendations on what I should do instead. This should’ve told me to just get a regular color instead of continuing with the design 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ she called another young lady over and asked her to quote the set. After a lot of back and forth, it was decided that if I do 3 French tip nails with the pearl designs and 2 of the gold 3D patterns my total would be $100. I said cool. I explained that I would prefer the French tip to be done with dip powder rather than gel and the lady acted like she didn’t want to do that. Even once I was quoted the $100, the nail tech acted like the price wasn’t enough. So as soon as she started my nails she started rushing through. She applied the gold chrome and j noticed there were areas when the nail wasn’t completely covered. I asked her politely if she could fix those spots and she told me she would. After pointing this out 2 additional tomes she proceeds to try to cover the probably spots with the pearls. At this point I’m frustrated so I ask her to take the pearls off and fix the gold color. I said “I don’t want it covered I want it done correctly”. Then she proceeds to do the French tip with gel polish.. I said “I asked for this to be done with the dip powder” she tells me “a lot of my customers get gel instead this will be better”. Long story short , this was the finished result. Very very sloppy work. It’s day 2 and this is what my nails look like. This is not $100 worth of work. Not even close. The ONLY reason I have 2 stars was because the pedicures my husband and I got were really great. But the NAILS. Save your money and go next door. Ashley and Emma do a beautiful job and can do any design that you really ask them to do. I do not like my nails and this isn’t even close to what I came in for. Poor experience

This is the best nail salon in DFW. I have gone to many others all over and Nailed remains the best. They cater to the customer. They make you feel valued, and try to get your return business.

I typically have a good experience but today I left annoyed. The woman who did my nails kept getting on her phone after each step she did for my pedicure… seriously? I paid $50 for this pedicure and wasn’t happy at all. It looks like I did my own pedicure. I tried to get an angle of my toes where it shows how bad she applied the top coat. I always get regular polish and this never happens as I’m careful knowing it needs time to dry. I messed up in not taking a closer look at my nails before leaving… UPDATE: I went in again and they were happy to help me fix the issue! This might’ve started as a bad experience but showed how good they are at their customer experience.🩷

Stop scrolling and GO! Call they are flexible and will get you in sane day (IF THEY HAVE AVAILABILITY) The atmosphere is elegant and luxurious, which compliments the service well! Shop is always clean when I'm there. I have never had an issue or felt unsanitary. The staff is friendly and attentive to your desires. Staff opens clean utensils in front of you, prior to your service All techs provide great service for their customers. Owner does well pairing you with a tech to match your desires. Ask for Jessie or Steven, you wont be disappointed!!!

My sister recommended this place when I came into town to visit for the holidays and they did the worst job!!! And charged me $80 with no receipt!! I’m not even sure what I was charged for. The manager came over and looked at my nails like she knew they looked horrible. I was totally scammed, but be sure to ask for a receipt. The place was also dirty, and didn’t look as if they soak their utensils or use any sort of sanitizing methods. The health department should definitely pay them a visit, and I definitely will be reporting them.
