The first time I visited, I was attended by Amy, who was very kind and did an excellent job; my pedicure was perfect. On my second visit, on Saturday, June 6, I was assisted by a gentleman (I don’t know his name; he was the only male staff member). I did not want to be demanding or wait specifically for Amy, so I agreed to be served by him. However, after noticing the result was not what I expected, I made a few suggestions regarding the cuticle work on my big toes. Later, a lady from the reception finished the service (I also don’t know her name, and I am not sure if she is the owner). She mentioned that it was not possible to fully remove the cuticle because it was too hard, and that I should return in two weeks. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and left around 3:30 p.m. for a basic pedicure with regular polish. What made me feel uncomfortable was that, once the service was finished, the person who completed my appointment sat with another client and made gestures or comments in my direction, which made me feel uneasy at that moment. At the time of payment, the interaction was also not very welcoming, and I was not asked whether I was satisfied with the service. Overall, I was patient throughout the experience, but it was not the level of service I expected. I am attaching photos of the final result.

I just had my nails done by Liz and I absolutely love them! First time I ever had dip and Liz helped me pick the color and she was so patient and sweet to me. Last week I had a pedicure by Chris and I love her, too! This salon is full of genuinely kind, lovely ladies. This salon is a hidden gem because they take really great care of their clients and make everyone feel comfortable. 10/10 quality and customer service. I love this salon. This was only my second visit and they made me feel like they’ve known me forever. I noticed everyone in the salon has been a regular for a long time. I’m going to be a regular for sure! 🩷💅

Im a very picky person when it comes to who does my nails. After having a really bad experience at a different salon I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t have an appointment but the moment I walked in, I was kindly greeted by one of the ladies and she assisted me with all the color variations. Suri did my nails and it was like she knew exactly what I wanted. She took such good care of me and I’ve never had nails come out this perfectly before. I’ve always wanted to have a specific nail tech I’m loyal to and today I think I’ve finally found that person. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a chance, they won’t disappoint you that’s for sure!!

Returned for a fill with Sarah and a pedicure with Emily. I am so amazed how talented Sarah is. She took the time to make sure every detail in my inspiration photo looked the same on my nails. I am in love ❤️❤️ with my new set. Emily did an amazing job on my pedicure and made my toes look so good. If anyone is looking for a nail tech that has talent Sarah is your girl.
